Room was dirty, room hot tub was completely nasty. Cracks and mold above tub. Couch had stains and hasn’t been cleaned. Two small towels in bathroom. Front dest attendant couldn’t speak English. Never again.

This property used to be a better place that was much more comfortable to stay. Recently it has been declining and at a more rapid pace. When you walk in the front doors are half working and you’re met with a staff member that is not very accommodating. After you pay the “mandatory” extra fee to check in they send you to a room with an unmade bed and towels from the previous tenants on the floor. Meaning you have to venture back into the hallways filled with a potent smell of odd smoke. Once finally in your room you are met with stained blankets, a tv that doesn’t work and a cabinet/dresser on its last leg. If it weren’t for the somewhat reasonable pricing and the fact that I can get a good sleep and a warm shower I’m sure I wouldn’t stay here any more. Would like to see this hotel get better, as it was not too long ago.

The Wi-Fi would not work. We had no tv the entire time. Told the front desk and they tried to keep connecting but said the router was too far away. Had to sit In silence while in the room. Also had no hot water for the jacuzzi tub. Terrible hotel will not stay again.

This is in the choice hotel family?

Outside of property looked ok but it was raining. No staff in check-in waited 10 minutes. Checked in went to room foul smell right away eoom looked dirty noticed dresser was held up by a rock tv remote wrapped in duct tape to hold batteries in didnt matter tv said it may take 20 minutes to locate a source. This was in 5 minutes so left for lobby. Again no staff in lobby dropped rooms keys in the box and left because there were 12 people in line and we needed ro get to another hotel. I had a few apologies to make ro the Wife.

Arrived about 2:45p and the entire entryway smelled of cigarettes. Received my key with no issues, but the room was still being “cleaned”. My suite consisted of a pullout couch and a table, phone on the floor, and no tv in the front room. Bathroom was clean. TV in the sleeping area would not turn on. A/C stayed comfortable at 71*. Linens were horrible. Sheets were thin and dingy. Found several spots of blood on a washcloth first thing in the morning (yes, I chose not to shower after seeing that). Shared these items with the desk staff on my way out. Little to no response. Booked this room based on a 3-star rating.

I won’t stay there again.

There were stains in the carpet and I guess if you had pets it wouldn’t be a big deal. It seemed there was only one person running the Hotel. When I tried to call several times I got hung up on or I had to call back because he was busy.

The tv screen was static the whole time and discolored. The bathroom had a constant squeaking and whirling sound, no hot water. The furniture is horrible and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be back. I just had emergency surgery few days prior and it’s very unsettling here.

So when i checked in for my 3 night stay after working 12+ hours i was informed that my room was on the 3rd floor and that the elevator was broken. I asked if i could have a room on a lower floor d/t my knee pain but was advised there wasnt one available. The front desk person promised that it would be fixed the next day and would not be an issue for the remainder of the stay. This was not true as the elevator remained out of service my entire stay. When i went up to the room the air conditioner was missing the cover and filter and the room smelled musty. There was only a thin brown blanket on the bed. When i notified the front desk people they had no response. They never fixed these things either. When i took a shower tje water pressure was barely a trickle as well. This was an awful stay...
