Alfred was the best and most cordial front desk host that I have met in a long time traveling. His respect and dignity that he displayed toward me as a customer and my coworker was top notch. I will stay here again just because of his service, attitude and attention to details. A man that demonstrated compassion and care for a fellow human being that we were able to observe one evening. 5 star service

The first floor with the coffee maker did not have a water source. There were coffee trays but no tea, sugar, or creamer. The old coffee tray from a prior occupant was not removed, and on the second day of our stay, the one coffee tray was not replaced. The statement to call down to get the car out from valet parking did not work, and we had to go back in and ask for it. Other than the first time and we always stopped in we had good service. The USB outlet on the left side of the bed is not functioning. There is a cracked tile in the bathroom (Rm 104). The wifi, was borderline. Download was identified by a speed test as about 7-8 mb/sec, and up load was 0.5 to 1.? mb/sec from our room. The note on being dog-friendly was of interest. We did not see it being used but might consider this in the future.

We stayed here because of the free dog policy. The front desk was under staffed at check in, but the rest of the stay was fine. There was a wedding going on so the energy was up. Comfy beds!
