Just an old property. Nothing really special about it. Things I wish they would change is the height of the toilet. I felt like I was sitting on the floor. Better cleaning on the walls in bathroom. The beds are super comfy. Highly recommended if you are into nostalgic things.

Loved the decor, old world nostalgia. Parking free and very convenient! Staff super helpful and pleasant! Our only qualm was the air adjustment at night- could not get it cooler to our liking but we never reached out to the desk for help either. Nice touch lemon water and cookies in the evening and coffee in the morning. The restaurant was also fabulous. Courtyard great. Would highly recommend the Magnolia experience!

Average to below average

Service from the staff was fine yet rooms not really clean for the high price paid nor did they clean in between days- odd. Allowed my pet yet no place for her to go out really except on hotel medians - won’t stay there again - cool aesthetic that’s why I chose it initially.

Got in at 9:45 pm..restaurant and bar all locked up for the night. Front desk lady said to order Domino’s or use door dash. She was not friendly or helpful. We just drove 9 hours and wanted to sit, relax and have dinner and a glass of wine. Room was old with an only one very tiny window. Curtains ripped up! Carpet was filthy! Do not recommend this place!!!

Liked the hisoric landmark however there was a milddew smell to the 1st floor and the bathtub did not have handrails despite having a slippery bottom. Slipped in it. Would suggest you either change the surface and or add handrails for getting in and out. Overall Staff was very pleasant.

Well located property, very clean, beautiful and historic. However, the front desk was very understaffed throughout our three night stay (same person answering the phone, greeting guests AND serving as the valet). Also, despite requesting a room refresh one day (only performed if requested) it was not completed. The staff we talked to were very pleasant regardless.

We went to the Bob Dylan concert, we got back to the hotel 9:50, said they were no longer serving that the bar closes at 10, seems odd when you have an event happening and you close down your bar. We wanted to have breakfast the next morning and it was locked up. We were told the cook had a family emergency. The location was great for our concert at the Orpheum across the street but it’s unlikely we will stay at the Magnolia again.

The property was beautiful and we greatly appreciated the history. The restaurant is slightly overpriced, but convenient. We would go back for the nightly milk and cookies alone!
