Great location in Old Market. Easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Parking was convenient but cost $25/night. Pool area was small-not like the pics and the water was cold. Kids were disappointed. Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. Our first morning the the supplier didn’t show and all that was left was a pieces of bread to toast. Beds were comfortable. Our shower was slow to drain which was annoying to stand in 3” of water while showering. We will probably find a different hotel the next time in Omaha. Not impressed.

The location is great. There were no towels and none could be brought to us in the pool area. People had to go get their room towels. Then had no dry towels for a shower after the pool The free breakfast had a lot to offer but there were no clean plates for a while. There were three in my group and 4 small bowls available The hotel seemed unprepared and unaffected by the requests and complaints.

Non-working Elevators

We took a short, family trip during Spring Break. The hotel was nice and as pictured, however we got stuck in an elevator. When the fire department showed up, we got out shortly after and let the front desk know. They were very rude and seemed bothered that we were now out of the stuck elevator. The elevator got stuck the next day as well, so we had to take the stairs quite a bit. No apologies were given. Other than that, the hotel stay itself was good.

The customer service agent with the big tattoo on her chest was very rood! Came up the through customer service with an request for a extension. She told me no, and to call expieda. The ladie was very anxious and seems tweaked out. She said "that's all I know" and walked away. Very unprofessional. I left in a half hour and she was outside smoking. I am disabled and have problems writing and walking around. Please call me! 402-312-6508

Good hotel with parking in the middle of everything. Rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. The Old Market area of Omaha is under construction everywhere, but walking is not an issue. Lots of shopping and dining within a few blocks in every direction. Worth the stay.

Everything was great, and everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast was busy but they kept things stocked when something ran out. My only complaint is that the bathroom door was too transparent, the light from the bathroom lit up the room quite a bit even with the door closed which was a little difficult with the kids, we didn’t want to use the bathroom light while they were sleeping.

Halls were cold, phone in room was broken, no microwave but description said there was, fridge was not very cold even at highest setting, beds weren’t great, and wood floors made it cold feeling, view was ugly. Worse part, I think I got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet.
