I was there for my daughter homecoming weekend. Had the best time in a long time very clean very spacious. My daughter enjoyed herself and I did as well.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The staff working the continental breakfast worked really hard to clean up after people, but the breakfast itself was hardly room temperature. Around the property they really need to address the homeless population in the area. It gives the neighborhood a bit of an uneasy feeling. We did not feel safe walking after dark.

The layout of the room was nice. We had two joining rooms. However there were many problems we discovered while staying there. The sink in one bathroom leaked. The bathroom door would not close. The shower curtain was missing a liner so the bathroom floor would get wet. The hotel needs to stay on top of the room’s maintenance needs. When we arrived we were told our room we booked online was given away. We were given a comparable room but when you don’t get what you paid for online it’s disappointing. We will not stay here again

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel lobby area was freezing. Check in was efficient but not overly helpful. When we asked for a map of the city we were just told they didn’t have one- there were no offers to help us find anything
