Room didn’t have a smoke detector, stains on walls and floors . We stayed for 2 nights , after first night boyfriend woke up with multiple bites in his arm , than 2nd night more . Our room had bed bugs , when we said something to front desk all they told us was maintance would call us the next day. Never received a call . The hot tub was filthy , black stuff floating in the water and the water was cold .As much as you pay for this hotel I would expect the facility to be a lot cleaner , better up keep .

We really didn't like the hidden daily parking fee, or that there was no carpeting in our room. Everything echoed from other rooms into our room, as well. Would not stay again.

The room was great. The only complaints was that check in was 4pm so we found things to do until then and didn’t get here until about 4:20pm to check in and didn’t get into a room until 5pm-I asked for some sort of compensation and was refused and told “sorry we have been swamped” which I completely understand happens but I am paying over $150 for 1 night from 4pm to 11am the next day and didn’t even get into a room right away. Also in your room you can hear your neighbors very well if they are walking around or talking which was unfortunate-got woken up early because the people above me were up stomping around and dropping stuff onto the ground it sounded like. Swim area was fun for my daughter but there were no towels replaced when gone and the hot tub was cold.

The room wasnt ready when we got there at 6 and we could check in is at 3 or 4. Anyways then yoy have to pay for parking whi h i think is horrible and if you get towed on weekedn yoy cant fet car till moneday. Think parking for the peipke that stay soule be free

The lobby area was clean and modern looking. It looked like it had been a while, though, since the floors had been vacuumed in the upstairs hallways. The room itself was decently clean. Although it appeared recently remodeled, you could tell some of the original fixtures were still present and had seen better days (shower, for example). Be aware that there is a cost to park if you don't manage to snag one of the few spots up front. We didn't know this until after we'd made the reservation. Outside seemed relatively safe, but we walked around the block after eating supper in the restaurant at the hotel (which was good and reasonably priced), and part of the block seemed a little sketchy, as in don't go over there after dark.

Parking was nice and the room was spacious with a separate living room. The room however was half made. This was the first time i can remember having to make the bed or putting the trash can liners in as well as not having a coffee pot. It was as if someone had to stop half way and didn't come back to finish what they started.

The pool was freezing and no one we saw in the multiple hours we played in the hot tub and at the waterslide stayed in the pool for longer than 5 minutes - from kids to adults. We purchased a small, inflatable pool to fill with hot tub water so that our children could still enjoy our stay without the risks of hot tub exposure or experience of what was basically an ice bath of the pool and splash pad area. On multiple occasions, I was waiting at the front desk for 10 minutes with other guests waiting to be helped. Once in requesting additional towels for our room, another for getting wristbands to the waterpark. We were not given enough towels (three towels for four guests), and our room had dust bunnies. Our toddler son also discovered a broken fishing bobber in the corner of the room that posed a hazard.
