I liked the location. I didnt like how the room wasnt the cleanest, grime and dirt in corners, hairs in the shower, and the guy who checked us in was incredably rude.

The entire stay was horrible. We called early to ensure a guest not on the reservation could check in and the person who took down the notes never put it in the system. We showed up, and couldn’t check in. We eventually got checked in, and the next day when we went to the front desk they told us we didn’t have a room because we never checked in? So confusing and terrible service. The front desk manager was so rude too.

Double charged for a room
Everything was great! Super close to event center, clean rooms, fast check in. Then I checked my bank account before checkout… I paid online and during check in the front desk charged me for the room a second time. Make sure to always double check your account to keep this from happening.

Very nice hotel and very clean. Our one gripe is that the handicap parking was at the end of the hotel but the only door to enter there was not handicap accessible. It had stairs.

Lots of traffic noise. Small dining room was full and could not sit to eat breakfast. Ice machine on my floor was not working and one on main floor had pool of water on the floor in front of it. Shower doors were not functioning as you would expect and noisy.

Unfortunately someone rang our doorbell around 1:30am jarring us out of sleep. Evidently just someone running up and down the hall. There seemed to be a large party going on outside but we didn’t realize until after our bell rang. Didn’t realize this hotel was in a “party” area. Probably won’t be staying at this location again.
