My God what a horrible experience. They allowed late check out for the groups already there, so when the mass of people coming in for a concert got there, no rooms were ready. We waited for 3 hours to get our room, but by then we had had to do make up on the lobby floor and change clothes in the public bathroom. It was absolutely miserable.

The rooms were nice/fine. We ate at the hotel and the food was very good- the restaurant dining area and bar were quite understaffed and took longer than normal to get food, drinks and service, but the people that were working were doing their absolute best. The lobby and bar there were very nice as well. The location is very convenient since it is right across the street from the CHI Center. Getting our room was a little frustraging. We arrived after the stated check in time and were told that our room was being cleaned and needed to be inspected and it wasn't ready, but would be 'soon', which was pretty frustraing because we had dinner reseervations and needed to get ready. Took nearly an hour for them to call us and say it was ready. The check in staff was very friendly and professional, however. We attended a concert and after the concert, the lines to the elevators were VERY long. I would have gladly used the stairs, but was told that wasn't an option for some reason. It took over 20 minutes just to get into the elevator to get to our room, which I find ridiculous since there are obviously stairs.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I booked a room with 2 queen bed about two weeks ago but when I checked in, I was told there was no more two queen beds available. So the person at front desk said that they can upgrade me to a king sized bed with a roll away bed. Mind you I have two adults and and one child. So the roll away bed was not going to work. The person at the front desk said that there is no other room available that has two beds. But when my boyfriend went down to talk to the person at the front desk, different person from the person who checked us in, they told him, there was plenty of rooms with two beds. I was very disappointed with my stay and my experience with the check in. I stayed at other places that wasn’t even comparable to the Hilton name brand hotel, and they were better. The only thing that I liked, it was connected to Chi Health Center.

Parking in the parking garage was kinda crazy and the arm thing came down on my car as I was entering, which I was stuck for at least 20 minutes because the line was so long behind me I couldn’t move and it took that long to get someone to help me. Then check in line was about an hour wait, and my online check in wouldn’t work. She said about 20 minutes and my room would be ready (that was at 4:50pm). An hour later the check in line was almost 3x’s bigger, no room ready, my girls got ready for the concert in the lobby bathroom with tons of other people. Come to find out they needed a card on file, which they never asked when I checked in. Finally at 7:15pm my room was ready. It was just exhausting and really unnecessary for it to be that crazy. But the hotel staff and everything was very nice and clean.

Checking was horrible but it was the night of the Laney Wilson concert. Maybe developers of the website can develop a way to check in and have a room key to avoid long lines during a major event.

Lainey Wilson concert
we arrived at 330 since check in time was at 300. we live 2 hours away and planned on getting ready for the concert that was next door. when we arrived, we parked into the parking garage which the parking spaces are small for the little compact cars. Iowans usually drive trucks or SUVs so the parking spots were very small and limited. some trucks took 2 parking spots, which the trucks were so big. the check in line was so long. only 2 people at the check in counter. it was from the counter around the bar area to the lobby out to the hall to the garage area. it took 3 hours to get checked into our hotel room. Our room wasn't even ready, yet I had the mobile app for the keyless entry which was not working. we got to the room by 645 with the line for the elevators. and the concert started at 7. able to get ready within 5 minutes and took half hour to get into elevator to go down. with the rest of the guests at the hotel we had to wait in line to get into the concert. the hotel experience was horrible. was not able to enjoy especially at the price they charged. I will not spend money at another Hilton again. very disappointed with my stay there

Check in took over an hour. Very long line. Wait time to get to our room after event was 45 minutes as we had to wait for elevator and stair could not be used. Sink wouldn’t drain and had giant crack in it. Convenient location and comfortable beds.

The line for check in was very long and we waited for at least 30 minutes to check in. Someone had dropped some beverages in the lobby and it was very sticky and messy and instead of cleaning it up the just put a wet floor sign out.

Check in sucked- the wait I should say to check in. appears they were not ready for the influx of people.. went for a concert. We had a used wine glass left in our room and the second queen had no fitted sheet. Other than that the room was clean, comfy and convenient for the concert and food.
