Great location but the hotel has very loud road noise. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. But the rooms were very clean. A two night stay was long enough.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location was ideal, close to many restaurants and nightlife. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/ Old Market exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay with outstanding service. We had a power outage from 8:30PM until 10:30AM the next day. The staff did a good job managing that but it was not fun. It would have been nice to offer a free breakfast or something for the trouble.

Terrible housekeeping
Check in staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick. The room was worn and there were stains on the bed sheets. The main reason for the negative review is housekeeping repeatedly banging on the door at 9:30am even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. We asked when check out was and she seemed annoyed and said 11am. Check out was actually at noon.

Staff were nice. Very convenient to the airport. About a $10 Uber ride at 3am. Building is a bit dated and bathrooms/rooms show it the most. Unfortunately I would not stay here again. Dodge street outside makes for a great drag strip. So lots of engine revving and burnouts that kept me awake even with the fan on constant and my earbuds in.

Hotel was very clean and the desk help was very polite. The location of this hotel is great. Plenty of food and drinks options around. Also a great place to stay if your watching a concert at Steele House.

If you want to get sleep especially over a weekend, don’t stay here. What passes for fun in Omaha is drag racing cars downtown…..right outside the hotel. And after paying the $ 75 pet fee they sent me to a burger place with an outdoor patio that is NOT dog friendly. Wish I had just stayed off the freeway.

I specifically picked this place for the on site restaurant...just to find out they have no on site restaurant! I asked about the pool...it was out of order, shut down! The room itself was actually roomy, but felt dated and the floor was dirty! It's a stand alone location with nothing else by it so every amenity counts!

We asked to stay one more day. The price was 115 and that’s what they said they will charge, on my statement I saw them charging 155 dollars and another 4 dollars. Due to work, didn’t bother to follow up, but horrible scam.
