Pool so loaded with chemicals your eyes burned when you entered the pool area. Think it was temporary, turning on the jets to the hot tub causing additional circulation was a huge mistake. The hot tub water was green and that should have been all the information the front desk needed along with bloodshot eyes from the warfare subjected upon its guests to kindly issue a refund when the aforementioned was mentioned but instead illicited a blaming response insisting the pools chemicals were checked and satisfactory the morning prior to the experience. They're wrong or their tests are broken because it was not usable and ruined the stay. And all this just because expedia acts like they want to help but pass the buck to automation and artificial intelligence or put the onus on the hotel to own the fix just leaving the dissatisfied client jumping hoops in hopes of reconciliation when these capitalistic enterprises are really just trying to stall long enough so that you end up annoyed and they keep the green, know what i mean?

We came for my daughter's birthday with her friend to swim and stay. The girls could not swim because when you walked into the pool area the chlorine was so strong that it made your eyes burn. So no swimming. We watched other families walk in but turn and leave for the same issue.

Nice size room with frig, microwave, iron w full ironing board, desk and lots of storage drawers. AC worked well even though a little noisy. Could have been a 5* stay except for the bed and shower. I've had more support from my mother-in-law than I got from the mattress. And the shower flow was very reminiscent of my many late night bathroom trips to relieve myself. Still, a nice place with nice people and worth the money paid.

You know, I don't know if i'm being petty when I do this, but the t v didn't work and I know they were full so I didn't ask for another room and then on top of that my toilet kept on running all night, but you know I knew that they.Wouldn't have someone to come fix it
