Wasn’t impressed. The toilet seats had stains we moved in and had to clean ourselves. They charged additional $10 for parking our car in their open air outside parking lot.

The staff was amazing. Our check in manager was the best. She took care of us in the best way possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone want a excellent stay with all the accommodations.

Not again.
Hotel is very dated and just does not have that higher level of comfort that would be expected for the price. Motel 6 would have been just as comfortable room wise and cleanliness. Stayed here the last 3 years for an event and this will be our last at this one. The breakfast food was dry and cold and they had just brought the "fresh" pans out of food.

Great Place
We are a family of three seniors, one in a wheelchair, and two small dogs. When are power went out, I wanted to stay at this hotel because of a prior stay. We were not disappointed. Are suite was wheelchair accessible, the grounds had "doggy" areas and the staff was awesome. The omelet bar is a bonus as well as the free happy hour. While the hotel is a little older, it is well maintained.

The whole facility is in desperate need of some serious upgrading. Room/suite was not clean. Room door was hard to open or close, needed WD40 or something. Employees were polite and friendly. Long lines at the omelet station with only one cook, who was running around trying to keep up with orders.

I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay. Unfortunately, I found the mattress in my room to be quite dirty and unpleasant, which impacted my overall comfort. When I approached the front desk for assistance, I felt that the staff member's response was less than helpful and somewhat dismissive. Despite showing her a photo of the issue, she did not offer a satisfactory resolution and seemed to speak about the situation in a way that felt disrespectful. However, I want to acknowledge that the housekeeping staff addressed the issue promptly once they were involved. Additionally, I had a great experience with the elder gentleman at the omelet grill—his service was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration.
