The happy hour and breakfast food options were fantastic, as well as staff and services were very attentive and kind. Lots of little touches that are very appreciated like fresh free water dispensers, clean areas, good shower water pressure and temp, and good towels! Only negative was we werent able to get a room close to our family that we were there with and the couches in both of our rooms were in dire need of new cushions at least. They were visibly flattened and the pull out bed was not at all comfortable.

Water pressure was terrible(7th floor), and they don’t allow conceal carry even though they are in a right to carry state. Overall aside from that very beautiful, close to a lot of downtown establishments and all around a nice hotel and staff
