The indoor pool was quite cold and not well lit. The walls were so thin it sounded like people were inside our room yelling while moving through the hallway at all hours of the night. Staff was super friendly and efficient!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast had many great choices which was especially good for my husband who is gluten free.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only problem was that the bathroom area was somewhat small for a king size room. It was doable, just on the smaller side.

It was fine but that Comfort Inn Suites was alittle on the rough side. Chipped paint. Tub was questionable but we ended up have a nice stay and good night sleep. It was alittle scary at first but turned out to be fine. Staff was great.

Many dead bugs behind night stands, along lamps and other furniture and live crawling ground bugs under the bed! No cleaning behind night stands, where you have to access the plug ins for months. Little response from desk clerk when letting them know the need for upkeep.

Very nice hotel! We planned to stay 2 nights. Due to a severe storm that knocked out electricity in the hotel and most of Omaha on our second night, we decided to leave to find a hotel with electricity. The desk manager was so kind and helpful and a couple of days later helped me connect with Expedia to get a refund for that night's lodging. Thanks so much! During a difficult time for everyone in the city, they were so kind to help us!
