Overpriced. Dirty. Stay elsewhere!

This hotel was INSANELY overpriced for what it is. I paid ovee $800 for two nights for a place that needs updating and a lot of deep cleaning. Room was not clean, looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months, the sheet were dingy , the carpet was sticky, cushions on the couch were missing “leather” stains on the shower curtains , large crack that had been poorly “repaired” in the sink. Someone’s dog barked late into the night and bright and early each morning. Definitely will not stay again. This was definitely NOT worth $800+ for two nights. Stay somewhere else ! The front desk girl Vanessa acted like she had no idea what she was doing, even at one point leaving the desk during my check in saying I’ll be right back.. grabbed some keys and left for about 8-10 min then came back and continued.

The hotel was dated with faded carpet, amenities were minimal but what bothered me was the dirty carpet and chipped paint on walls. The king size mattress was uncomfortable sagging on the edges. The staff was there with limited action with customers. This wasn’t the worst hotel experience but it wasn’t the best either.

Building is old and not in a good part of town. We requested two rooms side by side 2 months ago, and was told nothing was available. One room was across from the elevator and we could hear it all night. The pool was so busy, we couldn’t use it. There was mold on the wall and sheets were stained. We were very disappointed for the price we paid.

They have an awesome warm pool great for kids of all ages. And a great breakfast with lots of options. Secure entries, including the elevator. Felt very safe.

I liked the room minus the fact that there is black mold growing in the grout in the bathroom shower area. There is something wrong with the pool area ventilation because it was extremely humid in there. That sort of thing will absolutely destroy a hotel with mold. Management should fix it asap if they dont want further mold growth in the hotel. Overall it was a decent hotel otherwise.

The pool feature is what sold us on the lodging, since we were traveling with a 4 yr old. Unfortunately, the poor ventilation and drainage conditions for an internal pool were below average. Moss and mold were prominent on the large slide and surface conditions were hazardous. I watched at least a dozen people slip and fall in the several days we stayed there. One child sustained a cut on her leg after a fall.
