Can you get told that they were a They working on the hotel or my room was Above the The floor and room they r working on we Got woken up at 8:00am on Saturday morning form them working. And then on Sunday they work till 6:30pm It was also dusty from them working

Although nothing on the website gives a heads up, there is remodeling going on in the hotel. That in itself isn't a problem. Being woken up at 7:30 am on a Saturday and Sunday morning is. For some reason, the outside doors at the end of each wing on the bottom floor stayed propped open the entire weekend, making the lobby and breakfast area very cold. I had to go back up to the room to get a coat to eat breakfast. No apologies or discounts were offered for the unpleasant conditions. I wouldn't stay here until the remodeling is complete if I were you

Staff was friendly. Pool and Hot tub were closed. We found some ants in our room on the desk. Remodeling in progress! There was a homeless man inside getting apple juice and the staff had to ask him to leave or they were going to call the cops.

Horrible stay

This hotel is in terrible condition. The couch in our room was torn apart. When I showed a picture to the girl at the front desk she said "sorry" and looked at me with a complete blank expression. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink. Carpets in the hall were threadbare. One elevator was stripped down to the insulation. At 5AM we were awoken by trucks backing up and workmen talking loudly. This went on approximately every ten minutes until 6AM. They were removing construction trash from the hotel (quite the smart planning from hotel staff!). The supplied breakfast was a joke - institutional omelettes that were dried out. When I relayed my disappointment to the (same) woman at the front desk she didn't even say sorry this time. Just the same blank expression you get from someone who really doesn't give a $#it! This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I am really sorry I stayed there.

We stayed at the Ramada Friday-Saturday. For the amount we paid it would’ve been nice to be pre-warned that the pool hot tub were both unable to be used. A sign at the front desk stating that the pool was closed would be very helpful & would’ve made us go to a different hotel. The ramada is known for their 24 hour pool hot tub so it was very unfortunate that we found out both were closed when we wanted to go swim at 1am. (since it’s open 24 hours) all that was said was “closed for maintenance” which i get it has to happen, but try putting a sign where people can see it. The rooms themselves are okay but they could definitely be more updated, weird stains on the lamps, curtains and beds are not what you want to see after settling into your room. Their snack bar downstairs for snacks you can purchase is almost completely empty, aside from the apple juice & top ramen. Their breakfast was not good, unfortunately it’s basically just make your own waffles, or sausage a very subpar omelette. This was my 4th time staying here & definitely my last. I’d rather stay in a newer hotel down the street or even one a few miles away, for the same price. Not to mention our last time staying here we ran into a very weird incident with one of the staff.

They closed the pool on my secomd day not because it was broke but it was a lack of maintainence. The girl at the desk watched us walk by & said nothing. We were clearly dressed for the pool. I had to go to her to fimd out what happened. She made no effort to tell us

The hotel has everything free breakfast, gym, pool, laundry and a very cozy lobby with a lovely fireplace and sitting area. We come to Olympia quite often and this hotel has been the best one of all.

Took 4 tries to get a room that fit the description and was sanitary. Then the construction started. I felt bad for the front desk associate having to take complaints. Shocking this hotel would change money for hotel rooms with construction and drilling happening on the other side of the wall. Will never stay where again.

We stayed at the Ramada from December 7th to 15th. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful entrance lobby—it made a great first impression. Our room was spacious, but unfortunately, it felt very outdated. The showerhead, in particular, was old and crusty, which was a bit disappointing. Housekeeping was hit-or-miss; they did a good job most nights, but if you're not out of your room by 9 a.m., you won't get it cleaned. Sleeping in is also a challenge due to ongoing renovations—hammering, drilling, and other loud noises start right at 9 a.m. While this was inconvenient, we understand they're working on improvements, and we think the hotel has the potential to be a great place once the renovations are complete. Also, The gym equipment is on the older side therefore you are unable to get in a good workout. I like to walk/run on the treadmill although changing the speed is a bit slow. The weight machines are off therefore you're unable to pull the machines up and down properly. Breakfast was fine but nothing exceptional. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, our stay was just okay, but we’re hopeful that the upgrades will make a big difference in the future.

Wyndham Ramada will always be our future choice

The Wyndham Ramada in Olympia WA will be our choice in the future whenever visiting family. The hotel is very quiet and provides the relaxation we need after a long trip. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast selections were more than adequate and satisfying. The dining area was pleasant, clean and comfortable. It was December, so we appreciated the warm, coziness emanating from the large fireplace.
