The property was very nice. It is in the process of renovation so there were areas that weren’t exactly the way they should be, but that did not affect our stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was clean perfectly good stay.

The staff we met was outstanding. They got us a microwave within a few minutes. Very friendly. We left some paperwork in the room and they called us within three hours of our leaving. They were able to arrange for our family to pick it up next week. We were somewhat disappointed with the condition of the facility. On the morning of our arrival date, we got an email telling us the room we reserved was not available. Due to renovations, the main floor was closed. We ended up on the 4th floor. In fairness the room was very nice. It was missing a microwave, but the staff took care of that very quickly. Both ice machines on the 4th and 3rd floors were out of order. The 2nd floor was closed, so we had to come down to the 1st floor to get ice. Also, the men's room on the main floor was out of order, as well as one of the two elevators. In the suite, there are two televisions, but only one remote, so we had to pass it back in forth if we wished to watch different programs. When my wife showered, there was plenty of hot water. But we could not get hot water in the bathroom sink. The room has a table/desk with a bank of electrical/USB plugs on top. Unfortunately, the arrangement of the room did not allow the bank to be plugged in, rendering them useless. The staff we met did the best they could, but were limited by the physical problems at the facility.

Will be our last stay there.

They only had 2 luggage carts and it took 40 minutes to find one. Our first room did not have a coffee machine and the hotel only served am coffee. They moved us and the second room -the phone didn't work and there were no DO NOT DISTURB signs and the TV remote did not work. 2 legs of the mini fridge legs were broken. The staff was very nice but seemed like those things were just normal.

The staff was excellent. Especially at the front desk. Hotel is pretty run down. Furniture in room was wore out, pool and hot tub were closed, grounds around hotel had no upkeep - the grass and bushes were so tall you couldn't even see the Ramada sign, fitness center equipment was wore out, roof was leaking in the hallway by the front desk, carpets on the stairs were filthy, television in our room was old.

Property is currently doing a phased remodel. We received a remodeled room but several of the outlets did not work including the ones at bedside which made using a CPAP machine very difficult. The hotel has also elected not to include coffee makers and microwaves in remodeled rooms. We missed having the convenience of coffee available in our room.

Dont expect to get the room you book. They will give a room to someone who walks in or calls for a reservation even if someone else booked it through a third party.

This a beautiful property but the landscaping is not being maintained. You cannot see the Ramada sign at the entry for the weeds. It is in the process of being remodeled while still open. The staff and rooms are wonderful. The lobby and breakfast are wonderful. I wish Wyndam would give it the attention it deserves. It is in a very convenient neighborhood, but just needs a clean up.

The staff at this Ramada was excellent. The room we finally got was clean. However, the exterior of the hotel has been neglected for a long time, and the interior seems to be a work in progress. The first room we got had a broken toilet seat, so we got moved to a different room. The air conditioning in the second room was not working, so they moved us to a third room. The AC was also malfunctioning in that room, so they moved us back to the second room and tried to fix the AC. It didn't work. But they did get it working in the third room, and we moved back into that room. Like I said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable (once the AC was working). The wi dows were very dirty however (part of the exterior neglect). They are doing renovations in the hotel, it seems, but there were quite a few things "out of order ", like one of the elevators, the ice machine, bathroom by fitness room. Hopefully the renovations will continue and they will improve the landscaping and exterior of the hotel. But since the staff was great and our room was clean, we can't complain.

Extremely disappointed in the property.

When we arrived, we checked in and then we’re informed that the water would be shut off at 10 PM due to work to be done and hopefully on by the morning. We were also told when we asked that the pool and hot tub were in operable and had been that way for months. None of this was shown or explained when we made the reservation online through hotels.com. We are hoping tomorrow to have water when we wake up and to have the breakfast as shown in the hotels.com app. When we arrive to our room, a key was not necessary as the door was wide open. The room was OK but the floor was sticky.

Avoid. A disaster.

Some floors closed due to construction. The construction crew triggered the fire alarm Saturday morning so we all exited. No one from the hotel ever announced we could re-enter. The recliner in my room was 30 years old and had large rips. The shower curtain was too short or hung 4 inches too high, so rheumatoid shower produced a flood. Skip this place. You don't want to stay here. Seriously... RUN.

Friendly front staff and clean rooms

The room was clean with clean bedding. Shower was perfect. Breakfast choices while we stayed were waffles, cereal, fruits, omelet and bacon. Staff at check-in was friendly and had everything ready for us when we got there.
