An exceptional Hotel for the area it's located in. Beautiful pools, friendly staff. Wasn't happy that my balcony door wouldn't lock and air conditioner worked good enough. TV was good an excellent selection of channels. Very clean room, large bedroom and washroom. Beach area is nothing special, the hotel is worth spending your day relaxing.

We were completely impressed with the staff,. They were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. The restraints were impressive. Great food and service. We will be coming back, we love this hotel.

Decent location but has some small quirks

We had an ongoing leak with our bathroom bidet that finally got resolved the night we checked in. They had to come to our room 2x to change out the hose. Large bath towels were in decent condition but when we requested face towels, they were subpar. Very grey and missing fabric.

Rooftop pool is closed all day until 4:00PM! Crazy! So when the sun is out, you can’t get se the pool. The staff at the rooftop restaurant are unattentive and very very slow! Ground floor restaurant which is open for breakfast is excellent and has attentive friendly staff. Hotel is clean and in excellent condition, all other staff are helpful and considerate. Why is the best amenity (the rooftop pool) closed all day? Every day??
