Good location, but not a lot in the area for food and beverage options. Pretty expensive hotel for just being basic. Get there early for breakfast or nothing will be left. In the wine capital of Canada, not a wine glass or corkscrew in the room. Took two mins to get hot water in the sink. Only one elevator so takes a while to get that when you are on the top floor. Front desk staff was nice.

Nice location and off the highway. My room was a handicapped room with no leisure chair to sit on , had to sit or lie on the bed.or sit on chair with wheels. I am not handicapped.I reserved a week ahead. The breakfast was good.

A mix up with the rooms led me to sit in the lobby until 11pm on my wedding night. The staff didn't seem to care or be sympathetic to the situation. They refused to issue a refund despite our room being given to someone else. They don't require photo ID at the front desk so anyone can come take your room. The room itself was okay but not worth the price. Because they are one of the only options in Oliver they can get away with charging crazy amounts for an extremely average hotel experience.

We stayed here in the past. Great breakfast and staff however we had a terrible experience with the mattress. Next morning when cleaning up we saw that the mattress had awful red blood like stains all over it which turned my wife right off. We reported it and they gave us a discount. We figured after a year something would be different on our next visit. We were wrong. Same room same mattress. I am shocked that since our experience nothing was done about this and the exact same experience the second time around. I'm disappointed.
