Clean and sterile

I would have to say the rooms at this hotel are kind of sterile. They are made for the overnighter as there really isn't anyplace to unpack and relax/enjoy ones stay. That's why we checked out the very next day, instead of staying the entire week as planned. We just couldn't get comfortable. Sorry

very clean hotel, however, no closet to put your clothes in. there was some "Thing" to hang your clothes on but the top ones break off easily and the bottom one is so close to the floor you cannot hang anything on it . Not sure what they were thinking when they designed it. Will not stay there again. It is designed for people who only carry backpacks.

Great front desk. House keeping needs major work. They do not wipe surfaces down in the rooms or bathrooms as they should. I can see past guest’s marks on the surfaces. House keeping also leaves crumbs in the hallways for multiple days. If the property operates like this already, hoo boy.

HVAC design needs to be redone for the rooms

The ac system is set up horribly. Blows directly on you because a bench covers the top of the ac. The thermostat in every room glows extremely bright blue and does NOT EVER shut off and has to be covered. And the ac would either have me soaked in sweat or freezing cold at night set at 72. Didn’t sleep well.

I love Sam she is the best

I love staying here when we stay at hotel. Sam is homestly the most kind and caring individual. She went aboce and beyond to get us in the room we wanted. We had a problem with these Mexicans oitside our first dloor window borh nights drinking. They was sitting in the yard right in front of our window. Im like who does that? Same took care of it so we would feel safe and comfortable. We needed an extra 45 minutes and i called let thrm know running late. No problem. You honestly have a terrific hotel here. The staff and all their things thy have is nice. Bed is so wonderful. Pillows are great. I love their comforter its my favorite. I even want one like it! My only thing would be look at the towells more closely and take the hairs off. Thank you.
