Não espere a qualidade de um Mercure!

- PONTOS NEGATIVOS Bar & Restaurante - PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! PÉSSIMO! O valor de um cheese burger é de R$25. O pão é ruim (parecia pão amanhecido), a carne é ruim (sem gosto) e o queijo é difícil de achar! Nós usamos 4 saquinhos de maionese e de ketchup só para poder comer e engolir o lanche, já que a fome era muita e estavamos cansados para sair. Pedimos um espeto de carne bovina. Eu nem me lembro a última vez que devolvi algo, mas dessa vez tive que devolver o espeto, porque a carne era muito dura, impossível de mastigar! O café da manhã é cobrado R$39 por pessoa e acredito que seja administrado pela mesma empresa-pessoa do bar, portanto preferimos gastar menos da metade desse valor e ter um excelente café da manhã em uma padaria da cidade. Vocês precisam URGENTEMENTE rever quem presta o serviço de alimentação pra vocês! PROCESSO DE CHECK-IN - Horrível! O processo é demorado e ficamos quase meia-hora esperando o processo ser finalizado. Isso porque não havia ninguém na fila e na nossa frente. Foram literalmente mais de 30 minutos para gerar 2 cartões de acesso! COMFORTO - Travesseiro ruim, cama péssima, toalhas horríveis (daquelas que esfolam a sua pele), ar condicionado velho, televisão pequena. Tudo é muito ruim. Não vá a esse hotel esperando comforto! - PONTOS POSITIVOS Staff - a equipe é legal e algumas pessoas da recepção são simpáticas. Piscina - a piscina é boa Espaço - o quarto é espaçoso

Foi bom, recomendo. quarto bom e limpo. Cafe da manha deixou a desejar, poucas opcoes e sempre as mesmas. Bastente atividades na piscina, time de recreacao sao otimos, mto bom. Precos dentro do hotel sao abusivos, tudo mto caro!! Lado bom e que fica ao lado do parque Thermas dos Laranjais.

Adoramos o hotel!

Me hospedo no hotel há anos com a família, porem com o passar dos anos sentimos que ficou abandonado, e cada vez que visito, deixa mais a desejar. A comida dessa vez, não estava boa como sempre foi, nem em sabor, nem em variedade de opções no buffet. Existe um andaime na recepção que todas as vezes que visitei, desde 2017, está lá no mesmo lugar. Quanto aos quartos e à limpeza das unidades, sempre mto bem feito! Adoramos o hotel e gostaríamos que se mantivesse a qualidade que sempre nos fizeram optar por ele!

Razoável

Foi boa, o quarto é bem espaçoso, com suíte e banheiro social. O que precisa de melhorias é os aparelhos de Tv que são antigas e não tem bom sinal de imagens, e os ar-condicionados, estavam pingando dentro do quarto e não gelava, creio que precisa ser trocados pois são bem velhos.

Fila muito grande para fazer o check out, demonstrando falta de planejamento gerêncial, em um feriado prolongado havia apenas 1 atendente para check out. Limpeza do banheiro e quarto ficou a desejar tinha tufos de cabelos de mulher em ambos os ambientes... Café da manha fraco para um resort, ja fui em pousadas e Airbnb's que serviram muito mais opções... O que é o destaque é a area de lazer que realmente tem uma linda piscina e uma sauna muito agradável. Paga-se caro por um quarto que nem televisão tem, coisa que qualquer pousada oferece...

Otimo custo benefício.

Gostamos muito da estadia. Excelente custo beneficio. Quartos confortáveis grandes ducha do banheiro excelente. Estacionamento grande facil de manobrar (rotativo). Cafe da manhã com muitas opções de alimentos, no horário de pico fica fila pra entrar, no sábado estava muito bagunçado, sem repor itens como pão, cafe, pratos e xícaras, parecia que apenas uma senhora estava trabalhando no salão. No domingo estavam mais organizados, estava cheio tbm, mas esta senhora, e mais duas moças eram rápidas pra limpar e repor os itens que iam acabando. Havia organização pra entrar tbm. Na recepção foram muito simpáticos e ágeis tbm. A recreação conseguiu levar minha filha, que esta na fase super envergonhada, pra brincar. São muito simpáticos e engraçados. O atendimento no bar da piscina era muito lento, são simpáticos, o rapaz sempre comentava que gostaria de estar la de ferias tbm kkkk mas fiquei imaginando em alta temporada, terão problemas... no segundo dia levei coisinhas pra comer por conta da demora.

Recreação: pessoal era legal, porém não podia deixar as crianças, tínhamos que acompanhar e poucas atividades. A comida quase que estado de insalubridade, talhares e pratos sujos, o buffet sempre sujo com comida revirada, toalhas das mesas sujas e tampo da mesa solta. Primeiro dia, uma fila inacabável na janta, com pessoas falando em cima do buffet. Lugar sujo. Cama daquelas com colchão bem surrado e molas que o outro sente mexer.
