A dark parking lot
My room was very dark just like the parking lot… So I parked my car next to another hotel where their lighting was much better. I elected to pay at the property, but they charged me Friday morning for my stay which made me kind of upset. And they charge me an extra $50 in case I decided to pay the room !!! Which I guess is common now I don’t know. It’s like the second time this happened to me. And it takes so long to get it back.

It's close to restaurants and it took care of what we needed (just a one night stay for visiting family). I will say that the rooms DEFINITELY need maintenance. There was mold growing on the ceiling that you can see was just painted over, the light fixtures was missing (in the sense that there was a hole in the ceiling with a light bulb but no fixture to encase it), the toilet was not properly bolted to the floor so it rocks when you sit down on the seat and you can hear it leaking throughout the night, there was a hole in the bathroom door (like someone had punched it) that was caulked and painted over and you can hear the pipes dripping every time the sink was running. The carpets in the hallway are in DESPERATE need of shampooing and the whole building smells like marijuana and cigarettes. My husband wanted to go into the hot tub but you can see how filthy is is from the window as you walked by so that was a DEFINITE nope. There were people who kept fighting and yelling outside in the parking lot throughout the night, making it very difficult to get any sleep we were on the very top floor of the building and it was bad. Checking in was not a problem but checking out, the gentleman insisted on a good review. He was really nice but I'm not going to lie to try to make things look better than they really are. This hotel is cheap, an excellent example of the phrase "you get what you pay for".

The hotel manager came and rudely told us our grandchildren could not swim with us unless we paid $10 per child. The clerk charged us a $50 deposit for a room that had things stuck to the pictures on the wall, stained carpet chipped bathtub. The pool and hot tub were green and unusable

It wasn’t terrible but there was several areas that really need improvement and which I didn’t made of the front desk attention because we checked out late and we just wanted to rest already. TV volume in the remote didn’t work, there was a dirty rag left behind by housekeeping by the tv, bathroom walls and shower walls looked previously damaged and poorly repaired, iron worked only on the lowest setting, no trash bags on the only trash can in the room.

Not too happy with the fact that my husband was badgered and nagged about a piece of paper they considered a "breakfast coupon" Unable to take breakfast upstairs to my autistic child that doesn't do well in public crowds. Biscuits ran out almost 2 hours before it ended and instead of Just telling us They were out for the day, They supposed to come back in 20 minutes and then when we did, we're told simply they were out of stock. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub wasn't very hot like it should have been.

Great!! Soft Beds!!
I showed up late and they were accommodating. As I was checking out the next day, they allowed me to keep the same room once I booked another night. Otherwise I'd have to wait till 3pm checkin! Only thing I didn't like... was the $50 deposit hold twice, as Im left wondering how long it's gonna be there this week. Since it's a holiday week (Thanksgiving)

The smell was bad in the entire hotel but the second we walked into the room it was AWFUL my husband and I almost threw up it was so terrible. I had booked the hotel and it wasn’t refundable so we just left and went to another hotel. The smell was so bad I paid to leave it.

Worst hotel ever
The front desk was slightly abrasive and more concerned about telling you about all the up charges, than worried about your stay. The room was dirty. The comforter was sticky. The plumbing was not working well. They took almost an hour to bring a plunger. The bathroom was disgusting. I would never ever stay here again if I got my room for free. The completely breakfast was obviously free, but only thing really edible was the individual yogurts in the mini fridge. The floors were so sticky everywhere. The pool looked like a green swamp. As we were leaving there were areas all over leaking. Pots collecting water in the lobby and random puddles by the side door. And it was sunny outside. Not raining at all.

This facility is absolutely disgusting. It reeks of cigarette smells and weed, the carpet was BLACK and sticky. Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures did on google it was like walking back into the 80’s, that is false advertising. There were cockroaches crawling all over the walls in the hallway. We only could stay in our room for 2min because the smell was so atrocious that it made you gag so we had to leave. I did tell them if they would just give me my money back since we were only there for 10 minutes tops I would not weight a bad review and she laughed and said no so I have now disputed the charges with my bank and will let everyone one know not to use this hotel.

Get what you pay for.
Definitely get what you pay for. Staff was very nice but the room was not what you see in the pictures. We had bugs crawling in bathroom when you turn lights on. The bathroom sink was also missing a handle so we couldn't get hot water.
