Absolutely no water pressure for bath/shower. Had to use ice bucket to get water from sink to help fill tub to bathe 2 kids. Shower was like a dripping faucet. We had requested extra towels but none at front desk and they never dropped off. Breakfast had expired milk mixed with waffle mix. Stay bummed us out overall.

THE BATHROOM HAD HAIR IN THE BATHTUB SO IT WAS NOT CLEANED PRIOR TO US GETTING THE ROOM, THE POOL WAS DISGUSTING AND THE HOT TUB WAS FITHY AS WELL. THE FOOD THAT WAS SERVED FOR BREAKFAST WAS OLD AND THE ROOLS WERE MOLDY.

If u like roach motel then I highly recommend it! Whole hotel has a bad smell , dusty . Everything falling apart . We seen a lot of junk people go in and out of the hotel . Scary of u have small children . But u get what u pay for !

I would like to say, that even though this is not a luxury property, what makes it top notch was the service I received. The night clerk, was able to accommodate our request with plesure. Everyone always shared a genuine smile. You can tell when it's fake. I am greatful for their willingness to serve and find solutions. Again, a big shoutout to whe whole fron desk personnel.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! This was a horrible experience! The pictures are extremely misleading as to the actual quality of the hotel. This place was the worst hotel I have ever seen! I wasted $170 on this place for the night and we stayed in the room for no longer than an hour to witness countless roaches and mold spots coming through the walls. Was switched between three different rooms and it was all the same quality! I only wish we stayed long enough to get pictures of the filth! Please do not bring your family here!

Totally filthy from the moment of arrival. Entire hotel smelled😫. Room had someone’s panties hanging in the shower!!!! Leftover used soap in the shower. Never ever going here again.
