a perfect choice for one-night stop on road trip…. Close to mall and city center for restaurants etc but secluded enough to be peaceful.

Wonderful stay!
Everything was great. Very nice front office staff. Very welcoming. Everything was clean and the rooms were very big. AC worked great. Comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They had everything from sausage to eggs to home fries to waffles, cereal, bagels, danishes, fruit, and amazing fresh orange juice. We will definitely stay again.

The room is very comfortable, couch area top watch tv. The pit fall is the hiway noise. There is a sound machine however we needed the plugins for cpap machines.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It smelled so nice and clean as soon as you walked in and everywhere you went. The staff were very friendly. We had the king bed with bunk beds and sleeper sofa. The king bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. I got a really good night of sleep and usually don’t at hotels. The kids loved the bunk beds. Will definitely go back here if we need to stay in that area again.

High rating is incorrect
We stayed here during a road trip and it was rated high in the app but when staying there was very curious as to why it was rated so high. There was someone’s hair still in the tub/on the wall, bathroom door didn’t close unless you slammed it, fridge was broken, no ice bucket, bedding on the pull out couch was dirty, main door closed & locked but you could see a huge gap all around the door letting light & noise and in my opinion not safe, and the WiFi should be completely free when you’re staying at such a nice & not cheap hotel but you could only connect 2 devices & when I tried to pay $4.99 to connect up to 6 it kept saying I had connected the max and wouldn’t go through. Free breakfast had no apple juice for kids or really anything for picky eaters. For how much I paid I was very dissatisfied. Lastly upon checking out they charged me for incidentals($120) again versus refunding it. You’re also right under a freeway bridge and you can hear the traffic through the windows whose curtains didn’t cover the entirety of. Don’t stay here.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. My room was extremely nice. Hotels.com glitched as my prepaid reso was not received by the hotel at the time of my arrival 9pm. This is after 12 hours of driving. I reserved about 3 hours prior. Paid again at the desk and all was refunded and set straight by 10am the following morning. Staff extremely helpful (Larry and Russ). I did continue to use Hotels.com for my next 3 stays in different cities without any glitches. Have used H.com often in the past seamlessly.
