Hotel is beautiful and clean. Had a little issue with the restaurant Chop, meat not prepared correctly and potatoes were cold which neither should happen at that level of restaurant and it wasn’t even busy. But other than that beautiful hotel.

The arrival experience was chaotic. There was a line of cars waiting to enter the valet. There didn't seem to be any organization. I was also surprised there were no bellhops available to assist nor did I see any carts. There was also an unorganized line of people waiting to check in. We had dinner at Bob's Saturday evening. The food was good. Our waiter disappeared when apparently a more important guest came in. When we stopped him to ask a question, he was quite rude, saying he was really busy and didn't "have time for this right now". This was shocking! In the room the toilet kept running and in order to flush, I had to lift the back off because jiggling the handle wasn't enough. We had to remember to do this each time. As if that wasn't annoying enough, a prior guest (I'm assuming) set the alarm clock for 5:55am! While, this is no fault of the hotel or staff, it was another tick in the "cons" column. Sunday morning I went down to the coffee shop and bought two Americanos. They were terrible. Not sure what happened but the coffee tasted sour. If I hadn't watch them make them from beginning to end, I would have thought the coffee was old. I've heard nothing but good things about The Omni, but in my opinion, it's not at all worth the hype! I definitely would not stay there again.

Beautiful property in great location for river walk area and pay on center. No late night options for food after a concert. Parking valet was extremely delayed day after concert. Waited 1.5 hours for vehicle. Valet drivers worked very hard just not enough of them and could benefit by using an app.
