Perfect getaway!

It was amazing! The room was extremely clean with an extraordinary view. Everything was perfect! The room include water passes and they have plenty of water rides for teens and grown ups. Also, there is lazy river for relaxing. The restaurant named Jack Rabbit on site was delicious.

this was one of my worst experiences I've ever had. first day i arrived they couldn't find my reservation from sunday the 23rd to Tuesday 25th of February. Then i asked about the waterpark hours they told me at the front desk 930.And since we have a infant we ended up getting ready and we walked to the waterpark for my daughters birthday surprise at 8 DOORS WERE LOCKED to the waterpark found out closing time was at 8 when i was told 930. so that was a waste of the day. then i had put 200 dollars on my wristband to purchase things in there and i had to go to the front desk about 10 times because everywhere i would go it would say that i did have any funds.Monday was the worst they tried kicking us out because on there system it said i booked for one night when i booked for Sunday to Tuesday

Awesome!

The room was great! I loved all the technology that they are starting to utilize. There were a few issues, like I struggled with the fountain drink to get a refill. I would scan the QR code on the cup and half way through the refill the machine would stop. Even though I had 15 sec left (according to the screen). The wristband could be a bit better, the area where you have to hit to scan like to get in the room is pretty small. Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful time.

Love the convenience of everything being inside, resort, restaurants, arcade and pool. There were free parking options close to the resort. Staff were friendly, most staff were knowledgeable about hours of operations of events happening and what the plans are for the furture of the resort, considering it just opened. The price was reasonable. The $200 room insurance when checking in blind sided me, but you do get it back. Overall, a great place to take your family or celebrate a special occasion!

I realize it was only the 2nd day of operation with that said there was a several hr wait to check in i did appreciate the lady handing out temp waterpark bands. There was a good slection of food though i would say overpriced at best . System glitches charged my card 5 times that is not a easy fix. Im sure this will be a great place after all the kinks get worked out... but please lower the cost

It was nice

The hotel is very nice. Everyone for the most part was really nice but they need more training. Several times I asked questions without being able to find an answer. No one knew the answer or who to ask. It was I guess this or maybe try asking so and so. That was frustrating. No explanation on how to use the elevators or where to go. Check in was slow which was expected on opening but not knowing how to check in guest correctly was what slowed it down the most. While i was checking in the employee had to ask another employee how to do a soft check in since our room wasnt ready but we were going to the water park. We were given misinformation about when it came time to get our room and ended up waiting in line for an hour and half just to get our keys to the room. Employees were apologetic and most were very nice. My issue is the lack of traning and knowledge on the facilities.
