My room was wonky - you could tell it was at one point a double converted to a king. It had a random chair in this big empty side of the tv. The room next door the door was left open all night and it looked like something set the carpet outside the room on fire at one point. The bathroom did not have enough towels and the bedsheets were either stained or dirty.

The breakfast was not good. The sausage patties were over microwaved crunchy burnt and the gravy was on the cool side; needed to turn the warmer up. The lady chopped up the eggs in almost mashed pieces. There was only one kind of muffin out both days we were there. Very disappointed. Also the electric outlet by the microwave and refrigerator in the room kept blowing the breaker on the outlet and had to be reset. We ended up unplugging the microwave.

We got 2 hotel rooms for a weekend stay. We showed up to check in around 11 pm. The male at the counter (older with a limp) was very rude making several disrespectful comments like "Can you be quiet" when I told him I paid online. He also said "Can you stop talking? You're making no sense." when he asked me if I had a question and I went to answer he cut me off before I got through my question. The smells were awful in both rooms and there was no air moving. As we looked through our rooms, one of the rooms had a slash in the curtains, coffee spilled all over one of the bed sheets, black makeup on several of the pillows, the carpet was coming up, and there was coffee spilled on the nightstand dried up. I went downstairs to speak with the front desk and he again was very rude. I tried to tell him what was going on in that room and he cut me off saying "Don't yell at me. I'm just a night worker. I am not a cleaning lady." He gave us another room and it was in better shape. We asked for extra pillows, towels, and blankets since we had a pullout sofa bed. The male at the front desk told my husband and me (at different times) they didn't have any extras to give. I questioned it and he got rude, again. We had two rooms that slept 6 each and were only given 2 towels in each room. There were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed in the rooms. Breakfast was good and our kids enjoyed the variety. The rooms were quiet and we didn't hear anything from the halls or our neighbors.

Beds were comfy. Breakfast was awesome, there was alot to choose from. Room was clean. I had read on another review that the pool was green and in answer to that yes the pool had a green tinge to it but only because the pool was sealed with green sealer so it would look green at 1st. It was clean though. Room was freezing when we first came in. Completly happy with our stay

The room was missing part of the furniture. What should have been a sofa was a child sized chair leaving no comfortable seating in the room and well not as advertised .The air conditioning unit barely worked. The pool was so cold you couldn’t use it the pool water was not chlorinated as it should be and had a very nasty smell. The staff overcooked breakfast food to the point it was not edible and didn’t keep things stocked properly. We had another room that was booked and was supposed to have a sofa also and it was missing from the room as well because the property did not pay attention to reservations and blocked off rooms that shouldn’t have been. Overall the price was average however I would not stay again because you are not getting what is advertised and you are paying for.

First off we did enjoy our stay here, we had a pleasant time. Breakfast was very good and Ms.Vanessa was very attentive and had good spirit.our housekeeper was great she had our stuff stocked and helped our room every time we are gone. We had some trouble with our keycards pretty much had to get it reset every time we had to enter our room unfortunately. Our bathroom faucet was partially off of the sink but it still worked. Our shower was not necessarily dirty but definitely needs to be replaced because it was pretty riggidy and had some rust stains and the wall had some very intense discoloration. We were sad to see we did not have a pull out couch like I had seen on the room description but we made due with the couch that we can move pieces around on . The hotel didn’t have any extra pillows which was unfortunate. The pool was not maintained very well and was dirty. The gym was not maintained and had rusted equipment and no way to wipe down equipment once used. The bathroom in the pool/gym area was disgusting . The front of the hotel was nice and staff was nice. Just from the pictures I had seen from Expedia I expected a bit more. We had a comfortable stay but definitely will not be back to this hotel.

Grateful for a place to stay with my pets. The place was absolutely gross- the pool looked like a pond. No smell of chlorine. Fitness room with an old broken down treadmill. The room smelled like many animals had peed on the rug. Why have rugs in a pet friendly hotel???? Otherwise the housekeeping staff looked like they work very hard to do what they can. I am grateful for the difficult job service people do!

The property was very run down -- needs updating. The faucet in the bathroom was not secured to the counter, the furniture was scratched and chipped extensively, there was black mold on the closet doors from mopping water. The beds were comfortable.

Not recommended. It seems everything is falling apart and old and some staff have bad attitudes. My room had no working AC, microwave was not very functional, shower curtain rod was half off, breakfast was awful. The half and halfs at the coffee station were all curdled. The employee told me she had no control over that and just throw them out. The bagels were very stale. All in all, a disappointing stay on my way to my new home.
