Bed bugs, when we checked in with jay the GM he was very rude and told me I could not get the room but after threading to call the police he gave it to me the it had bed bugs no hot water a lot people was complaining about that and then when checking out they had no record that I paid thru Expedia and tried to get me to pay for the room thru them also

Not a good stay!!
The front desk refused to check anyone in until 3. So I didn't get checked in until 3:45 standing in line during that time. The bed made noises anytime you moved. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Someone walked all night in their room. People were slamming their doors.

The property was extremely clean. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The only complaint that I have is the front desk staff. The woman at the front desk when I arrived apeared to be asleep and didn't notice me standing at the desk. I had to say hello twice for her to notice me. She stated that she was suffering from neck pain and had a neck brace on but she was nice though. During the night, we told to take shelter due a tornado therefore we went down stairs. The woman working the front desk over night was rude. She was telling people that were calling there wasn't a real threat. She was ignoring phone calls while moping water that was coming in through the lobby window. She was talking loudly over the news report and argued with a lady when she asked to change the channel. She also made light of the tornados when I was checking out and was obviously tired. She attempted to convince me that there weren't tornados the night before.

The flooring in the room was horrible. It was broken, outdated and absolutely unacceptable. It looked like it had severe water damage. The furniture was torn, stained and old. No coffee pot or Keurig in the room. Not recommended.

Nice motel with multiple places to eat and shop near by. The room next to me was having a party. The security shut it down right after it got reported. Staff was very friendly Would stay again.
