Decent for quick stay

Excellent service from the staff. Room was decently clean. Only issue was mold around shower. Hallway carpets need replaced they were dirty and torn. Very convenient for an early flight out of OKC.

At 12am my key stopped working so I went downstairs to get it reprogrammed twice and it still didn’t work. The worker followed me up to the room and tried to open it and it still didn’t work. He told me I had to wake up my wife to get in. There was no other way. I was shocked. You are telling me you don’t have access to your own rooms?! Never again. Never again. I won’t stay here again along with all of the main corporate sponsors I work for.

The booking was wrong and had to be changed twice. What was spoken about on the phone was not what the hotel said during check in. The AC was broken. Breakfast was not available at the time stated and it was not good and there was not enough food for everyone due to ‘the cook running late’. I asked about the AC 3 times before coming downstairs and begging for help because it was above 85 degrees

The property was clean upon entrance of lobby; however, upon entrance of room, the light by door is flickering, chair by wall is stained, and no shade for window. Staff was quick to check-in though and excellent customer service.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the WiFi was terrible and the parking situation is horrible. It was a busy weekend and we were unable to even park in the hotels parking lot. It shares a parking lot with two other hotels so it was packed and hard to find parking at night.
