Meh, not sure I'd return

Check-in went well but we weren't told that the pool was closed (pool was the only reason we stayed at this particular hotel.) The room didn't have extra bedding for the pull-out couch. I called the front desk to request bedding and was told I could come down and get it. When I arrived at the desk for the bedding the clerk was still sitting & watching TV. He brought out sheets but said no pillows or blankets were available so we had enough sheets for all the beds but not blankets or pillows. The breakfast was OK but this hotel was definitely not worth the money I paid, especially for a "suite" that didn't even have enough bedding for all the beds in the room.

It use to be so clean and we loved staying here. This time is really dirty and doesn’t smell clean. Stains all the carpet and the pullout mattress was visibly dirty, same for the floors. We had to switch rooms because the pull sofa did not have a mattress. We switched rooms and asked for pillows for the sofa, and they us they were out of pillows. The pool also looked dirty and had a really bad smell.

Mattress covers

We usually love staying at the Holiday Inn and Norman. The suit fits my family nicely. The beds are now covered with some kind of plastic mattress cover that is not comfortable. It is not breathable and crinkles every time you move.
