Booked the jacuzzi room. Upon check in I was let down with a room well beyond its prime. I paid a premium expecting quality and that’s not what I got. Wasted money. The bed was decent and the carpet seemed clean. But the bathroom and jacuzzi are 40 years old. Gross Parking is tight for anything bigger than a car. The big field on Google earth is now developed.

Rented 2 rooms for elderly family members for a wedding weekend. After they checked in and given their room keys, to the 2nd and 3rd floors. They were informed the elevator was not working. When asked if they could get 1st floor instead they were told , “nope you are already checked in “

Was not able to check in on time. Had to wait almost an hour. The elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. Staff did not seem to care that we couldn’t check in at 3. I had to go to the counter multiple times because they forgot about us.
