Beds were very comfortable! But when getting up in the mornings, I like to take a good shower to get the day started. The shower did not work well at all, basically it dribbled down the wall under the shower head. I used a cup to get water so I could wash and rinse my hair. Miserable experience!!! When I asked the front desk about a discount for the room, they immediately said I made reservation through Expedia and there was nothing they could do to help. They said I could call Expedia and see what you could do for a discount. Not impressed with this stay at all

Awesome Experience

We were in the city because a loved one was is the hospital. And the staff was so friendly & caring during our stay. The hotel was so nice & clean. It helped comfort us while we were going through such a rough situation. It was one of the absolute best hotel experiences we have ever had!

The room and amenities were very nice. Lots of areas to charge devices, but traditional outlets and usb. The heater varied in sound quite a bit and the thermostat made a clicking noise. If I hadn’t had earplugs I would have struggled to sleep. The shower and bathroom design made it hard to feel warm while bathing because the steam could escape very easily. The locked in soaps, lotions, and conditioner made it very hard to check the ingredients for allergens and irritants. I enjoyed the work out room, but was unable to access the cleaning wipes. Milk in a dispenser or a larger partial gallon for adding to cereal, oatmeal, or coffee would have been nice. I was faced with the choice of using half and half or wasting most of a container of milk. There was no one at the desk when I arrived and her phone wasn’t working when I dialed 0 on the lobby phone. Luckily I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and always greeted me.
