We enjoyed the convenient location, close to I35 for travel. The staff is very friendly and helpful but this hotel is filthy. Instead of standing and gossiping they need to be dusting, deep cleaning and ensuring these tasks get completed. Our floors were so dirty our house shoes got black, there was hair in every corner and on our sheets which was alarming. The elevators looked untouched with handprints and dirt built up on surfaces. I could be super picky and complain further about towels with holes but y'all get it. The hotel needs some attention.

Hilton Garden Inn was convenient to where we needed to be. Rae at registration was very personable and helpful. The room was comfortable and housekeeping staff were very good. Breakfast buffet was good. We will likely stay at Hilton again.

Quiet & Comfy
The 1st room assigned had a few issues so I called front desk and asked for another room and they brought the keys to us. 2nd room was clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet, which we loved! Bed and pillows were wonderful and hot water was plentiful. We will definitely stay here again. Great location!
