Absolutely the worst hotel ever! Even the Biltmore right next door was better, if that says anything. Horrible staff and owners. They will steal money too.
The front desk person was friendly but young and seemingly inexperienced. She couldn't help a long term resident regarding a trash barrel. She did give us another room when the TV didn't work. Inside the hotel was good (clean and updated). There was suspicious activity going on in the parking lot and there was an appearance of homeless people living there. At the free breakfast, one family took almost all the food (taking multiple trips) just as we arrived a half hour before the end of breakfast. Also, the hotel next door seemed extremely run down.
I didn’t get to stay! Shortly after buying my room on your app, that told me they had available rooms. They proceeded to call me and tell me they don’t have any rooms left so please give me my 85$ back!!!!!
It was very clean & comfortable. Checking in & out was very easy & convenient. Great price. We will be back.
The only thing I didn't like were the people that hang around outside by the building beside the hotel, but that is out of the hotel's control. I wouldn't be out there at night alone.
The inside of this hotel is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. However, it is in a terrible part of town--there were drug addicts arguing in the parking lot and coming indoors to harass the staff while we were checking in and all the doors are locked after 8 or 9pm. There's a convenience store nearby where homeless panhandle (totally fine) but drug addicts congregate (not fine) and we had to arm ourselves to get to and from our vehicle because ruffians were harassing me and my child. There's also a rundown motel/liquor store next door and an adult video store across the street with big neon lights advertising all day and night. It is a fantastic hotel but simply not in a location that is safe or family-friendly.
We were pleased with everything related to the hotel - the check-in/out, staff, room, cleanliness and the breakfast. We were not comfortable with the area around the hotel (especially after-dark); there are homeless people close-by and some people who were not hotel guests in the parking lot nearby. This is not something under the control of the hotel - OKC has to deal with it.
Hotel and staff are good, the area around it and the individuals in the area are a different story.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was ok, shower pressure was marginal, holes in furniture upholstery, shared areas of hotel were hot and muggy, noisy and hotel smelled of pot smoke, hot breakfast was barely passable. Area around hotel has several homeless encampments.
Bad location right behind a gas station and adjacent to a seedy hotel. Many homeless and mentally ill drug user’s wandering the parking lot. Never felt safe.
They charged me $250 for smoking in the room when I in fact did NOT smoke in the room and upon camera inspection you can see me walk in and out of my room over 10 times just to go outside and smoke. This place is nothing like it was a year ago.
DO NOT STAY HERE; IT IS NOT SAFE!!! This hotel had a high rating on Expedia so I did not bother to read the reviews and I wish I would have. This place is crawling with drug deals, homeless and prostitution and is right next to the highway and on-ramp so it is extremely noisy. I did not feel safe at all and watched about six people stand behind the Caseys gas station shoving packs of drugs down their pants. I could not sleep all night due to the noise of the highway but was more paranoid of my car getting broken into. The receptionist informed us that they lock the front doors at night but we could still get in with our key card. I thought that was odd but it made total sense once I looked out our window. One of the drug guys even came in the lobby with his bicycle while we were eating breakfast. I guess they just let anyone in! This hotel chain just lost my business forever even if this is an isolated event.
