My reservation was given away. Someone checked in under my name. I'm guessing no one asked for identification which is not acceptable. The staff was friendly but the check in part was not great.

BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND EITHER. VERY UPSET. EXPEDIA IS USELESS AS WELL I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY I would not sugges this hotel ever. Poor customer service, disgusting rooms and of course bed bugs. Look under your mattress. See those dried blood spots, maybe a shell or two. To top it off the clerk didn't even know where the light switch was.

Smoke smell bad

The main issue was the property said that it was no smoking. Even a fine for any type Of smoking but upon entry if the second floor the smoke was very bad. Our room wasn’t too bad until during the night when it woke my wife up. In the morning there was a smell of marijuana pretty bad also. The shower was good with lots of hot water. The breakfast was pretty good too. The place was fairly neat and clean but had the cheap hotel smell when you first walk in.

Not what is advertised.

Room wasn't what I reserved. It was supposed to be a king suite with a sofa bed but had no sofa bed. There was another guest that didn't get the room they reserved the same time I was going to tell the front desk. Check in was supposed to be at 4 but I had to wait an extra 15mins for the room to be cleaned yet if I want an extra 30 mins after 12pm I have to pay for it, but didn't get any taken off my bill for having to wait.

While the staff was professional, the rooms were not adequately cleaned. Floor was wet in spots, dirty rags were still left in the tubs and couches held crumbs with other foods.

I don’t normally take the time to write a review but this place was a disaster. They sent a text for online checkin before you get to the property, that’s fine I don’t mind so I took pics of my DL and filled out all the normal paperwork that you do when you checkin. When we arrived they said that doesn’t work for their location so we had to do it all over again. A little annoying but still not a deal breaker. The room was absolutely horrible, old outdated, holes in the carpet, stains on the bedding, stains on the fixtures, missing light bulbs in the lamps. There were no top sheets on the bedding, I’ve never stayed at a place this bad. Would have probably been better off at the Studio 6 across the street and at least it would have been half the price.

There was a bag over my smoke detector and in the shower where you turn on the water half of the plate was missing and you could see into the wall. Being a female that was by my self i did not feel safe to take showers i had to cover it up

The air quality at this hotel is AWFUL!!!! for being a "non-smoking" facility, all I could smell was cigarette smoke- and not old stale smoke, it was fresh! I literally felt like we were in an ashtray!!! The facility is old and has seen better daya and needs a good clean (there was something spilt on the outside and inside of the mini-fidge and down the walls). Breakfast very basic.
