Stayed in room 212 and woke on at 6:00am to a huge water leak above us, which I understands things happen then at 12:00 at midnight that same night there was very Loud clicking noise that was next to us in the maintenance room beside our room. I called and talk to the office but they wouldn’t even send someone up to look at it or even offer another room to sleep in. I have sent videos of both events in through email and still haven’t herd anything from the location.

We stayed in the 2 Queen studio suite, the room was extremely large and nice for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and we liked the large table/desk in the middle of the room. I’m not sure if they recently renovated or are still working on it but there were some unfinished features in the room. The main reason for the stay was the swimming pool which was a huge let down. I had called the hotel ahead of booking and they said it was going to be open for use this weekend 3/14/25. Upon checking in there was a sign at the front desk saying it was going to be closed until further notice 😡. Very upsetting as we would have picked a different hotel had this been the case. Other than that it was a nice stay. Breakfast ended up being the best part and the staff is very nice.

Disappointed in the quality

Check in was good and while the furniture in the lobby and eating area was old and worn out, the room was absolutely shocking. We booked a room with two beds and a pull out couch, there are two adults and 4 kids. The couch was broken, and not just a little. Parts of it were just laying on the floor, metal pieces of the pull out bed were broken off and bent. We weren’t even able to use the pull out bed from the couch. Also it was clear that at some point there was a party in that room as there were streamers, busted balloons and decorations under the couch. One of the queen beds was also broken and slanted, so some of the frame was just resting on the floor as well. They did get us 2 roll away twin beds since two of my kids were supposed to sleep on the pull out couch but weren’t able to. They were nice about the complaints but they all made it clear they knew the room had broken furniture. We had non refundable reservations there and there was not other rooms available so we did stay but it was not comfortable. There were bugs and layers of dirt along the wall on the bathroom floor. We are usually go with the flow and we understand the risks with hotel rooms but this felt absolutely ghetto trashy. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this was by far the worst. Also staff were discussing that they weren’t getting paid by the company for work they did and were upset. Alot to deal with when we paid $200/night for 2 nights. What a shame!

It seems like every time we come to stay here the oool is closed for renovations! Took the kids to buy swimming suits and floaties. Get changed and go to the pool only to find a sign saying it’s closed. There should be a notice on the booking site! It’s the reason we like to stay here. They didn’t offer any compensation and we had to deal with crying kids all night!!!

Stayed in a multi bed suite and used the sofa bed in our room. Pulled it out of the sofa to sleep on and found black specks and a toenail. Disappointed because I thought we were staying in a “nice reputable hotel”. Also, when booking wasn’t aware that the pool was going to be closed for weeks. Would have been nice to know beforehand and I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be staying again.

The gym clock needs a new battery and wasn't changed the whike time i was there. Please look under your treadmills, need a good cleaning. (I saw during stretching). Pool under maintenance. I loved the coffee. Lemon ivmce water on habd. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly abd helpful. I would definitely stay again.

We just came from a holiday inn for 140 a night. It was simply a DUMP! Right away at this Hampton could easily tell it was much cleaner and better maintained

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my visit. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance until March 7, 2025, but there was no prior mention of this when I booked. With kids in tow, this was definitely disappointing, as we had planned on utilizing those amenities. The room itself was average—clean, with decent beds—but a few issues stood out. The TV wouldn’t turn down below volume level 8, which was oddly loud. Also, the bathroom had a large patch on the ceiling that looked unfinished. While the hotel was overall clean, the breakfast left much to be desired. There wasn’t much selection, and the quality wasn’t great. For the price I paid, I expected a better experience, especially considering the event we were attending. If I just needed a place to sleep, this hotel would suffice, but I likely would have chosen somewhere else with a better breakfast and open amenities.

Nice stay

Chose this hotel because of the pool. And it just happened to be closed while we were there for maintenance. Called a few days ahead of time, and it was open. Talked to the manager and we were able to use the pool at the hotel next door. Wasn't as family friendly but the water was warm on a cold winter day. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Convenient. Quiet. Suite was large. The furniture was very worn and dog eared. There was a strong draft under the central air unit. Gym was good. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast could use some non pork sausage options. Staff were great.

The phone in the room didn’t work, wi-fi wouldn’t work on the TV.staff didn’t seem to care. We ended up using a hot spot from our phone. The cabinet with the refrigerator was very damaged and the desk had seen better days. The bed was comfortable.
