Room had no chair at desk. I checked in at 4:40 and asked for a chair from from desk clerk at 6p. Came back to room at midnight....no chair. Huh? Asked for water coming into property...no greeting - digital keys are great but staff does not know who you are walking into property. Furniture in eating area is VERY uncomfortable. Chairs too low, table tops too high. Do you ever sit in this area? ADA rooms should be close to exit/entries for accessibility. FYI

Worst Hampton Ever

First room we were assigned was already occupied. Second room assigned had no working phone nor a working refrigerator. Re-assigned to another room, it was already occupied also so stayed in second room. On the surface the room seemed clean but there were used q-tips under dresser and dust on furniture. The coffee maker had to be cleaned by my wife to be used. Also, probably the noisiest Hampton I ever stayed at. Won't go back to that one and will not recommend to anyone.

The property and hotel were nice enough, but the bathroom trash can did not have a liner and it was very dirty. Also, for some reason we were given a handicap access room and the drain in the bathroom floor was very dirty. In addition, several of the electrical outlets did not work and the TV didn’t work much of the time either. Wi-Fi was very spotty as well. Finally, for some unknown reason the hotel lobby music played all night and it was necessary to use earplugs on the first floor to block out the sound in the room. That made no sense at all.

First they tried to charge a for our reservation we already paid for at the time of booking via Expedia. Our breakfast all three mornings was cold and very limited on selection. Definitely not better ok’ing here again

Hotel is right next to the highway so our room was pretty noisy with the traffic. Tile was off in the bathroom and housekeeping only comes in every other day.

Nice stay in Gutherie

I had called ahead to the hotel because i needed to make sure my daughter could check in for us since she was arriving first. The front desk and manager could not be kore accomodating and when she gkt there, check in was seemless. Thank you.
