Check in was at 3:00. We arrived a little early and they said the rooms would be ready shortly. Waited patiently, and returned to the counter after 3:00 rooms were not ready. Went back at 3:30, not ready, 4:00 not ready. Had to leave for an event. Called back and the rooms were ready at 5:30.

We arrived at the property to check in at 3:15pm and they said they wouldn’t have a room ready for 20-25 minutes. They had a bunch of people in the lobby waiting for rooms. They said the reason was because they had late check outs and understaffed. I paid for a room that said check in was 3pm. If the roles were reversed and it was me saying I wasn’t checking out on time, I would probably be charged for late check out.

We really enjoyed the hotel and casino. The room was spacious and comfortable.It was a short walj to the casino which was one of the best we've been to. Restaurants were great. We wish we'd stayed longer.
