I was thoroughly disappointed. Our room had yellowjackets on the wall and some dead on the floor. And giant beetles also. They moved us to another room and there was yellowjackets in there too. Maintenance came and killed them but left the room smelling like bug spray. When it was time to shower, they had no wash towels. They said there was none in the hotel.

The property is in a good location but it's subpar. Carpet in the bedroom is very soiled; bed linen is very dingy; the shower doesn't provide hot water, and the hallway lights are extremely dim, difficult to see. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I left after the first night. Very disappointing.😞

This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are made for comfort. Very clean, classy and great view out of the high rise windows. Staff was amazing! I will definitely be back when in Oklahoma City

Very outdated and dirty. The 1st room we were in had bedding that was not changed, had hair and stains on sheets. Also the dresser was falling apart and the smell was horrible. 2nd room (we changed) was slightly better so we just stayed. Robbin was very nice and embarrassed. Outside were druggies and dirty prostitutes the whole stay. Never again.

Fair but bring your own LINENS!
The hotel did not have enough washcloths. We had 1 for 3 nights! The ice machine flooded the hallway by our room. The first night I realized the hallway was hot, the heater was on, it was 87 degrees on thermostat! I told the front desk which said theyd call maintenance. I explained the issue to no avail. The temperature was not changed until the following afternoon. We had to make our own parking spot all 3 nights because theres a nightclub next door with a lot of traffic. I heard 2 separate guests complain about no comforters on bed and another guest had no towels.

Absolutely horrible, did not have clean sheets nor were we provided clean towels. The website pictures do not match the actual layout to the hotel. Breakfast was subpar, an overall horrible experience.
