It was my first time at The Country Inn & Suites in Bricktown and I chose and liked it for its location, which was a priority and quite convenient for me. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I liked the fact that they had kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators and stovetops. The free and early breakfast was an added comfort. I would recommend having the rugs in the rooms washed or dry-cleaned periodically, as this would be a more cost-effective option than replacing them only when they appear worn out. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price but there's always room for improvement.

Washer and dryer not working. Bath tub would not drain. TV stopped working in the middle of watching it showing no signal. Was told by front desk they would issue a refund but then stated since we booked through 3rd party we’d have to contact them. We contacted them and they contacted the hotel and would not do anything.
