The property was nice for the most part, and beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a very strange, lingering smell from first walk in. Bring a sleep mask because the curtains don't cover the windows - we happened to have a Parking lot light shining directly into our view as well.

The front desk staff - one fantastic guy! - extended a warm welcome when checking in after 9pm. I felt like he was genuinely glad to see us! Top notch. Thank you! Hotel room (2QB) was spacious and seating was comfortable - clean with plenty of CONVENIENT electrical outlets - a feature that’s moved up in rank over the last 20 years. Floor was quiet (light sleeper) no slamming doors! Yay! And while next to interstate, no loud traffic noise. Overall - enjoyable stay!

Daily housekeeping consists of towels and trash, but that didn’t happen until we complained. There was a hair crunchy on the hallway floor outside our door for the entire 4-day stay. I can assume that the carpets don’t get vacuumed very often. The front desk was accommodating and polite, however management was non-existant. Will not be back at this hotel.

This was our third time staying at the hotel. Overall have always been very impressed. This stay the general area cleanliness was very disappointing. Hallways and stairwells required vacuuming - the same pieces of paper and lint did not change from Check in to check out. Front desk staff very courteous and friendly. Breakfast staff always friendly.
