The lobby was clean inviting. Bottled water, cold fruited water, chocolates, and coffee was awaiting guests. Hard candies were on each bed. The room was clean, comfortable and larger than I had expected. They just need to pay attention to the wear on doors, carpet, etc. before it gets a "run down" feel. It was a good value.

The front desk, delightful, young lady Meghana was there both when we checked in and checked out. We go out of our way when in OKC to go to the Memorial Best Western. It is very nice, clean, quite, has a good breakfast, and also has a friendly staff. We always stay only here because it is the BEST!

My first room the ac didn't work so they moved me to another room. Got to that room and the ac unit was away from the wall and was making noise. So i got another room. They upgraded me to a king suite for no charge. I had requested a late check but house knocked on my door twice and then the front desk called. I was pretty frustrated but when i got to the front desk and explained what happened the GM came out and made everything right and said he would look at the rooms. I appreciate a GM that listens to his guests and make things right. Great job Best Western. .

The room was okay. The sleeper sofa was worn out and a little dirty. The pillows were flat and tb was too dark. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had tk always visit the front desk.
