For the price it was good. First day toliet overflowed and when i went to the front desk to report it the lady gave me a plunger and towels and told me to clean it up.

A very nice place to stay the people in the office are really super friendly. The place is really clean and the food is excellent for breakfast. I would recommend staying there all the time I come to El Reno!!!!

Something Smells Fishy

Upon arrival for check in, the front desk employee informed me that our room was on the second floor, and there was no elevator. I had requested the first floor as my husband has mobility issues, and cannot do stairs. Her response was that I could go to another hotel but they would not refund my money. Blamed Expedia for the situation. Unable to check in due to hotel ignoring need for handicapped accessibility. Could this be a scam to collect money for no service?
