The setting was perfect, as we stayed in a room with a private pool that offered a serene and luxurious atmosphere, making our special moment even more unforgettable. The service at the hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Housekeeping attended to our room twice a day, ensuring everything was always pristine. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Ayana Ishizuka from the Club Lounge, who greeted us warmly upon arrival and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. Her attentive and sincere service truly stood out and added a personal touch to our stay.
