I was on the first floor and there was a lot of foot traffic and noise. The parking was hard and a long walk to our room. Everything else was great.

The rooms were very clean and really, really nice, I didn’t like that they charged $5.00 a day for a microwave if you wanted one. Also there is limited dining, would like to have seen more choices.

This is one of the cleanest casinos I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food however is in need of some serious help, three times we have tried it and still have not been satisfied. Housekeeping gave us clean towels and did NOTHING else. Did not make the bed, replace water or coffee supplies. Overall it’s a wonderful clean place to stay.

Please do not waste money and time at this hotel. Rooms clean and showers are amazing. Staff on the other hand....constantly talking badly about other staff and management. Could not get message as they do not have a LMT on staff. Nobody ever answered the room service line. Bad management and bad moral.

I didn't like the poor service at the Logger's pub or the espresso stand and I was unable to actually check out of the hotel because they said there was money owed for the reservation. I was told that the hotel didn't charge Expedia enough for the room. They didn't expect me to pay more, but I will watch my credit card to make sure.
