Found two mouse traps in my room. Room wasn’t clean. Staff was rude and hang up the phone when discussing about getting refund when I checked out early due to the mouse issue.
Staff was very pleasant and courteous at check in. Room has carpet that is torn in the bathroom area. Not sure the fan works in the very tiny bathroom. Otherwise room was clean.
Room was ok. Smelled tho. Person in the room next to us banged on our door and said that when our door closed it made everything vibrate in their room. Not one r fault the hotel has the doors close like that. We did, however, hold the door so it wouldn’t close on its own. Also they charged us $20 for our dog that we didn’t know about when we booked. Not worth the$ Breakfast was ok. We won’t stay again.

Upon check-in, I was charged an additional $93 for pet fees that were never disclosed. Would not recommend. It's $20 per night per pet. 2 nights 2 animals, $93 after taxes and fees. Ridiculous!
