Service was great, but needs to be more clean!
The showers werent cleaned very well. We went and let the manager know, and he was very kind and let us have a choice of what room wed rather have, but unfortunately every shower we looked at had soap scum in it from other people showering. We also let the manager know, and he told us he was going to speak with their custodian about the uncleanness of the showers.

When we arrived there was no one working due to a water leak which resulted in the interruption of water in our room. The street noise was horrendous as well as the noise above us and in the hall.

The room was fine, A/C worked, service was done as needed, extra towels blankets and pillows were provided when asked for. Laundry on site but only one washer and dryer. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
