Staff very friendly and inviting. I had my sister and her kids often swimming with us and the front desk staff were really helpful. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. Every time we stay here at least 5 days

We were there for my husband to do an ultra 50 mile run in the area. I was hung out at the hotel during. I took advantage of the gym and worked on stuff in my room. It was quite and great location. Every one was very friendly and helpful if I need something.

Multiple people had dogs with them and we had dogs barking around our room from neighbors early every morning and dog hair in our room. We love dogs, but not a fan of dogs barking in a hotel. Great service from staff and great spot for enjoying Lagoon.

Hotel would NOT provide me with a simple receipt!!
Hampton Inn & Suites Salt Lake/Farmington is the ONLY HOTEL in the nation that has ever refused my receiving a very simple receipt showing a zero balance following my stay there! They stated I had to contact Hotels.Com whom I made my initial reservation with for a copy of my receipt so that I can pursue reimbursement. Seriously?! I make most all of my hotel reservations through Hotels.Com & have NEVER experienced not receiving a simple receipt following my stay. This hotel sure does honor receiving guests through their contract with Hotels.Com, though! I will NOT stay at this Salt Lake City Hampton location in the future!! I'm chalking this experience to incompetence!!
