I loved everything about our stay! The entertainment crew were amazing! Big shout out to Natanya and Andrew! I loved the cook at Momo, he remembered us! The staff to the drivers to the locals were top notch! Even though the app for special requests didn’t seem to get done sometimes, all you would have to do is give a quick call to the front desk and your request would be done in minutes! Loved Moon Palace Jamaica!!

Create impulse to use the credit so u can spend. I went into multiple all inclusive resorts in different countries but i find this one misleading. + # beautiful resort, less crowded

My room had ants I took photos and videos I spent all day the second day escalating the issue , because the ants had gotten in my children’s clothes . They did end up switching my room but the headache that came with it was a lot !

My stay at Moon Palace, Jamaica was absolutely fantastic! It was a pleasant experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, the surroundings were very clean and the food was simply divine. The only small hiccup was that the Jacuzzis were out of order.
