Overall horrible experience at moon palace Jamaica due to less choice of vegetarian food as well as Room was small and congested. Would not recommend to anyone to come at Moon Palace at Jamaica. However the staff was caring and excellent

ATM was broken the whole time we were there. Two double beds turned into one king bed and a cot. Certain staff were very aggressive about their tips. Chromecast on the television did not work, and staff were unable to fix. Very disappointed, will not return.

The resort is definitely kid friendly, and there are plenty of things to do on premises , but the customer service of workers is not the greatest. The food was not what we expected, drinks were very watered down. All in all not a great experience.

I love the staff I love the property the food was amazing and I’m Jamaican it was definitely my home away from home which was few blocks away in my case lol moon palace did no wrong in my eyes I loved every second of my stay and the momo restaurant was so entertaining food was great I went for my birthday got complimentary wine and Jamaican goodies and cake and the flower upon entry omg loved it🥰❤️

Moon Palace honoured the Expedia VIP status. We received all of the promised perks - room upgrade, welcome gift, hotel credit and late checkout. We had daily complimentary access to the spa's hydrotherapy, which was an experience all on its own. We have been visiting Moon Palace since 2019 and this was the best visit to date. On our last night, the staff at The Gondola sang a farewell song wishing us a safe onward journey. The food at the Asian restaurant Momo did not meet our expectations based on previous dining experiences. The Buccaneers Buffet was 5 star. Overall the staff, the facilities and the Expedia VIP experience made it a memorable stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Set up for kids in the snack bar around the kids pool. Very accessible for children's food and for sure the hotel knows kids food preferences!! Front desk staff very kind and helpful with all questions! Pier 8 restaurant was excellent, service, food! Loved it! The room was very clean and housekeeping service kept organized and changed towels everyday!! Buffet was not as expected for this 5 star-4 diamonds hotel and staff service at the buffet was not as good as beach and pool service. Buffet can improve service. Still, Moon Palace Jamaica was a dream that came true!! Thank you!

Our stay was really nice and staff was very friendly. Loved the food at every restaurant. We were lucky to try food at all of their restaurants. One thing Moon Palace can improve on is their umbrellas at the beach. They were extremely hard to open and we noticed lot of people struggling with that. Little bit of instructions or staff help would be great. Overall our experience was great and we would love to stay at Moon Palace again.

Property was lovely Stuff was really friendly and helpful. The only issue we had one. The sink in the bathroom was clogging. When we got there and/or last night we had dinner at Momos and both me and my wife when we returned home. We're suffering What appears to be food poisoning?So I think the food wasn't properly cooked at the battery.Style restaurant will win 2 of the last night.Because we both had the same exact symptoms.And that was the only Food that we both had together
