Oh my gosh!!! Loved Moon Palace Ocho Rios !!! My husband koved it more than me lol.Listen , the Staff is exceptional. The Hotel is modern and clean smell sooo good EVERY WHERE! The a la cart Restaurants, I was like ,am I in Jamaica or Italy, france ,India.The Restaurants are exceptio ally fantastic.EVERY money you spend to stay there you get back triple !!! The Entertainment was weak that was my only fault with moon palace .Its for couples ,for families And yet they dont overpower each other .My husband and I loves it ! It was our first time there and we will be going back! You will have Agents come to sell you like timeshare but trust me 11/2 tour gets you $750 credit to the spa or day pass for 2 if you have family in Jamaica or friends to give to to have full access to grounds.The moon Palace has stars of 5 stars and it absolutely is 5 stars .Going Back for sure !!

As a local I always though that because this hotel is smacked in the middle of Ocho Rios town I would not get that resort feel that I like, but I take that back. We had to go there on a day pass for a friend’s birthday and I was blown away. The service of the staff, food and ambiance way surpass my expectations. I had to go and book a weekend for my husband and I the following week. And also got a complementary day pass for my family a few weeks later. I would definitely recommend.

The food was horrible , everywhere. The food was cold all the time. The only time I got something hot was at the Italian Resturant which was the lasagna. Lunch was horrible , breakfast had no fruits at all on Saturday.

Staff are so impolite. They behave as if they hate their job and just doings it because of a lack of choice. Management is so u welcoming. I called the hotel and they say i could have someone to decore my room for my gf birthday. Then when i came and the decor person came they couldn't enter the propert unless purchased a day pass. The attraction amenties i saw online wasnt working when i got here. The room dusty. The building shows evident of damage such as cracks in walls, damage fixtures etc. The bathrooms were so messy. The floor was slippery. The life guards are so unprofessional.... they are being pervertise to females in swimwears. The restaurants are not so bad but the wait for food in unbelievable. I honestly waste my money coming here.
