Lack basic amenities, called for toothpaste twice never received it no one seemed to care about the guest concerns. Hallways no very clean piles of room services plates and trays laid outside rooms so many little discomforts not worth it

Property had no water running in shower, taps and toilet for numerous days. We missed out on planned events because of this. We have a two year old with us, we couldn’t bathe on several occasions. This is extremely unhygienic. We need to be remunerated for this! While with all this happening, the property tried to lock us into a membership programme of extortionate amounts, using unscrupulous sales tactics.

The place was unbelievably awful. They would run out of food. The staff was unfriendly. Not all staff, but most of them. I would never Recommend or ever visit a moon palace resort again. The room were not cleaned. The enemies Were subpar. I give this hotel a negative star if I could

Staff was genuinely kind and friendly. Great service all around. It’s a clean, and they aren’t pushy if you decide to not take offers. They don’t bother you too much like many properties.

I didn't particularly appreciate that I could not order lobster from my room and was so excited and looking forward to having that meal. My interaction with the staff was awesome and I would recommend other people to visit Moon Palace.

The staff were excellent. There were a variety of restaurants to dine in and lots of options for entertainment for the kids and the adults. Comfy beds and overall clean environment.

The property was clearly in need of a renovation. Old! Our last day the hotel ran out of clean towels. The elevators were awful. Most required 15 to 30 minute waits. Half of our first day was spent enduring a hard sell to purchase a moon palace program which we’re still unsure wasn’t a complete boondoggle. The food was average. The tours were overpriced.

Everything was great! Great service provided by all staff no matter the department they worked! I wish I had known about all the aminties I was offered I missed out on a couple but took advantage of the ones I was made aware of .

Property was clean, however some staff was knowledgeable, while some knew nothing, basically giving you the run around. To get hotel credit they were very tacky by using time share pros to lured you to buy hotel promotions packages. Very unprofessional. So for me that was distasteful. Thanks
