Give front desk a break

Current front desk staff need more support and training. But you are at the ocean ans shouldn't be spending much time in your rooms. Get out and adventure.

Not sure why there were bad reviews on this place! For the price we found it wonderful! Large rooms, beautiful views, great staff, comfortable bed, tons of pillows and great water pressure in shower. Loved having a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Will definitely come again.

They took money from my bank account with out my permission, even though we already paid for 2 nights on Expedia, the pool was cold not heated , they lock you out of the building when they see who trying to get in they let you in , people constantly trying to get there money back from him he did the same thing to other people,the owner pert

OK stay

Over all for the cost , it was good ! We were on the 3rd floor , with ocean view . One of the four double pane windows had a broken seal , it was frosted on the inside of the two panes , and moss growing there . Toilet didn’t flush well , like it didn’t have enough water . Swimming pool was out of order . Beds were comfortable . Easy check in and out . We didn’t spend too much time in the room, over all I think I would stay there again , just because it was cheap and clean !

For the price I paid I cant complain. The place was really clean. Tv was a pain but staff helped me which was nice. Stayed 3 days and after we returned from being out i knew housekeeper came in and tidied up but left the door ajar. Luckly nothing was missing. I would stay again.

Frogs

Third floor ocean view well worth the extra $20. Hot tub/Jacuzzi was working well. No breakfast, but I go to McDonalds down the street. I went during off season when weather was good but no crowds. Jared and the staff were very friendly. I had a good time. The chorus frogs singing in the sand dunes just behind were were wonderful. I will stay there again.

First room I got the key did not work moved us to another room that key didn't work finally got it fixed. And as a pet owner my pet at home doesn't make my house smell I'm pretty sure there's a way to take care of pet friendly hotel rooms better than they do
