Friendly staff, nice views, good for the price. Bed was old and had a huge dip in the middle of the mattress. There was also no soap in the shower, only a combined “hand and body soap” to use for both.

I had really high hopes for this place and had read online how good nicole was however that was not the case for us. First i had reserved the room the day and the deposit was taken out of my account and when i checked in she told me we would be getting that back when we left which is normal so i pay for the room and she had me swipe my card for the fee for the dogs which was 80 even that night we went out for dinner i thought it said dogs could stay in the room unsupervised i get a call from nicole around 9 pm i said ok well be back as soon as possible and she tells me the dogs were barking and they could hear them in the lobby we literally had the very closes room to the lobby my dog does whine but usually not too loud and then she makes a note that my dogs were barking and scratching at the door lies my dogs do not scratch at doors both ny dogs have short legs long body i dont think with how their bodies are its physically possible lol then i check my account she charged another 50.00 to my card without my permission or informing me so i ask her and she makes up more bs and tells me the charge for my deposit was for the dogs wasnt my deposit the 50 was. I was like really how did you know how much to charge because expedia didn't ask us how many dogs or anything yet it was charge to my account before i got there and she told the man in front of me the same and i told her that she said it was different he paid before i said no he was charged the same as me then paid there as

Had a great stay! Ocean views, comfortable beds, I had been traveling all day and all the restaurants in the area were closed and Brad at the front desk offered me HIS pizza pocket. Absolute delight meeting him. Thanks again!!

I booked this room over a holiday weekend , with the option to pay at the . Apparently, they tried to pull incidental costs from my card, the day before I arrived. Card was declined due to. I had a new one in my possession. So the room was canceled. A big surprise when I arrived for check-in. The attendant was gracious and was able to accommodate me at the holiday rate. Which was three times what I reserved it for. And although the room was satisfactory, I was not impressed with the rest of their service. The pet area was not maintained, cigarette butts around the property and just overall not worth the cost.

Not fantastic by any means

took several hours past check in time (4pm was the time said to check in, wasn’t able to get a room until after 7pm) when asked if I would get a discount for having to wait, I was told no, room was dirty with several dark marks all over the sheets and pillows.
