Upgrade

Quick family getaway. My sister and I decided to take our kids (4 of them)away for the weekend . We booked 2 rooms side by side. I called to ask if they had any rooms with rooms that connected with a door in between the rooms for the kids to go between rooms the lady stated only on ocean front and it would cost more money, I said no we will be fine just rooms next to each other. When we got to our rooms, they upgraded our rooms free of charge with ocean view . These views were stunning. Thank you so much. And the kids were back and forth between rooms with not having to go out in the hallway.

We like to go to the beach in the winter months, it gives us time to just relax and walk the boardwalk. The hotel was clean, staff was professional and polite. We were on the 4th floor and loved it. The people next door was a bit loud but that's not on the hotel. We will stay here again.

Privileged experience

Despite the 5pm check in (which is ridiculous in the office season), Francis accommodated a check in at 2pm with the room ready. The breakfast is outstanding and worth the price included in the stay. I am a frequenter visitor to this particular hotel because of the service it provides.
