We love staying here twice a year. Great Acces to boardwalk, Cleanliness, 24 hr coffee, covered parking, ocean view. Staff are quick to address your needs. Floors are clean & trash taken out regularly. The 2 Elevators are quick & clean. Beds area comfortable & clean. One of the main reasons we come here in the off season is to take advantage of the Pool & Hot Tub. We Would like to see more attention given to pool-hot tub area. Making sure water levels r up, clean scum line around pool, vacuum more often. Checking chemical regularly. Clean up area behind hot tub to make neater appearance. Decks could use a power wash on a regular basis please. There area always plenty of fresh clean towels and dirty ones are removed daily in the pool room. Thank you. I would like to recommend shampoo, soap, cream rinse dispenser at pool shower. We heard that they were going to be pet friendly in 2025. We are not happy about this. We hope that they will make up a list of requirements for pet owners to include that pets are not allowed in pool area or left in hotel room unattended. The staff, upon checking, make it very clear that there is no smoking or vaping of any kind, but people are still doing it. they think that opening thier balcony door hides the smell, but it just pushes it out thru door cracks to adjoining rooms and hallway. Especially Marijuana. We could see hotel contractors smoking cigs on balcony during our stay. housekeeping can smell in rooms &

Loved the hotel and staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the pool had no steps to walk into or get out of…you had to jump in pool and come out using ladder.. as a 63 year old with multiple back surgeries…these options were not for me… hot tub was nice…but not able to do water aerobics….

Wife and I come here every year for NYE and have always get an oceanfront room. This year was not pleasant due to being right above the bar and NYE party. I guess it’s luck of the draw but will either be asking for a higher room next year or looking for another hotel. Walls are very thin. We had noisy neighbors and I realize that’s not the hotels fault. The beds are also very firm. I did not rest well at all. Overall it’s not a bad place considering other options in that price range in Ocean City. I would recommend and return but will ask for a top floor room to alleviate the noise.

A very nice hotel
Very nice hotel in great location. Very friendly staff running a very neat , clean, efficient hotel with great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool hot tub, and coffee in the lobby.
