I could not use the carts without a guy who keep them. He did not let me do it myself. I did not want him to come to my room. I had to move my luggages without the carts. It was very uncomfortable. Do I have to take services even what I do not want? It's ridiculous.

Loved the suite space with sitting area separate from bedroom. Beds comfy. Very clean, overall. Carpet was ratty. Front desk helpful. pool has loud noise--sucking sound. Pool nice and warm. Great service at restaurant. Housekeeping friendly and helpful. Good quality towels and linens.

The rooms are spacious with a great view. The only negative are the bathrooms. They need to be updated with modern toilets and need to do away with the Jacuzzi tubs and replace with a large shower. The tubs are extremely hard to get in and out of with the potential of being injured.

I'd stay here again
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was a slow time of the year the bar and restaurant stayed open until 11pm. Nice size gym too.

The room was fine, just the drawers were uncleaned. The only thing that really bothered me was the fact that all 8 EV chargers were broken or not working. Why even advertise that you have EV chargers if they’re all not operational?

Stayed here for a long weekend. Property and area were nice and staff was friendly. Got a one bedroom suite overlooking the beach and ocean and it was as advertised. Would stay here again except would like a higher floor next time.
