The floor in the room needs serious sweeping, and mopping. Second issue is Internet, i was on the 4th floor and there was no internet connection, but the worst part was the smell of weed in our floor,even my room was non smoking, and i guess the whole floor was,but some people are simply stupid for smoking weed in a hotel room. Other than that the room are extra spacious and bright.

This inn is modern, but not cold. Ty e decor is calming but fresh and everything is clean and functional. The staff is very helpful and friendly too!

Room was amazing and large beautifully decorated. Telephone in the room did not work -which I discovered at 3 am when I tried to call the front desk- people were screaming and yelling for hours. Even with the ac on and sound machine I brought I could still hear them. Quiet hours are posted but not enforced or monitored

The room was renovated & spacious but the bathroom was tight with the door opening right against the toilet. We had 2 sets of people in the room next to us attempting to open the adjoining room door in the middle of the night & we could hear everything next door. The free breakfast was very basic.

The Fenwick is a lovely property! We've stayed here a few times. However last night was not a relaxing stay. There was a a very loud party in the room next to our room. We tried to call down to the front desk but the phone wasn't working. My husband had to get dressed and go down to the front desk. The front desk response was less confident. There was a call into the room but we felt there should have been a stronger response.

Few problems, air conditioner unit in room was loud, when starting up but only ran for a few minutes. hallway had dirty towels outside door for almost 2 days. Room was remolded since last time, nice. Pool and hot tub areas was also redone. Kids area was layed out great for kids and added handles to help get into hot tub. Big improvement.
