It was pet-friendly so that automatically got our vote, BUT the “dog park” was an alley and not much grass area for dogs to relieve themselves?! So that’s the one thing we didn’t like. Other then that it was nice.

This hotel was full capacity as others were complaining about there rooms and no other room could be offered. There was absolutely no hot water!!! My license was kept at desk and luckily another employee gave it back upon departure. It should have been given back the same day!!

This hotel was absolutely filthy. If we hadn't gotten into town at 11pm, we would have found another place to stay. The only positive was that the girl at the office (I believe her name was Brenda) was so sweet and helpful.

Coastal Palms is definitely a place I'd stay at again. The lady that checked us in was so friendly and helpful! The rooms are spacious enough and the beach is right across the parking lot. The beds were also very comfortable. It was also quiet, which is another plus.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was also nice and spacious. Didn’t have walk in shower which is my preference, but the tub worked fine. Soap and shampoo provided smelled great. A/C got very cold which was very important to us lol. Balcony was a fun plus as we could see the ocean in the morning. Parking filled up quickly but there was always at least one spot available. Elevators were available to help us lug our stuff up. Staff turned our rooms over each day and cleaned everything without touching or moving our items which was greatly appreciated. Main office provide us with ice on request, so thankful for that little luxury. Beach shuttle stop is literally right across the street which was convenient. Candy kitchen and some other nice stores were also nearby. Did not try crab cake factory as they were always packed and we were busy, but I assume it must have been great. Loved our stay!
